A light, Victorian home with south facing garden, sleeping 4 adults and 3/4 children, few mins walk along canal to Chichester centre and train station (Goodwood event shuttle bus). Ideal for Goodwood, Festival Theatre, Downs, Wittering's beaches. The beautiful canal and countryside are at the end of our peaceful street (South Bank), perfect for country walks, boat hire, canoeing (courses/ solo) paddle board hire or cycling (bikes available) to country pubs/ harbours. Toys and bikes free to use.

The Annexe - sleeps 2-4 (beach themed cottage)

The Annexe is a lovely beach themed open plan living space with upstairs double bedroom and downstairs living/dining space with 2 additional single beds plus kitchen area and separate shower room/wc. You are independent with separate front door and off-road parking space. DOGS OK! We provide breakfast basics, a microwave and 2 ring cooker if required. We are close to Southend Barns, Witterings, Goodwood, Bosham and Chichester. Space for surf boards, kite surfs, bikes in garage. Weekly discount.

Located in Elmer, a sleepy village 200m from a lovely, never-crowded dog-friendly beach via its own footpath. The rock islands are a unique feature creating sheltered swimming bays & are great to fish from or swim around. Secure south-facing garden, private parking for 2 cars. Sleeps up to 6 people. 2 dogs welcome. A great base to explore Littlehampton & Brighton to the East... Bognor Regis, Chichester, Portsmouth to the West and close-by Arundel and the South Downs.
