This smart modern townhouse makes a fantastic family- and pet-friendly holiday home on the Sussex coast. Downstairs you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen and an open-plan living space, where guests can relax and dine in comfort. The patio garden features a barbecue and seating. Upstairs the master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, while one bedroom is equipped with bunks and a trundle for up to three children (or adults). There's a further single bedroom ideal for an accompanying adult.

This is The Bowie. The house is minimalist, modern & luxurious. It has gorgeous furniture & lighting to make your stay a wonderful, fun experience. Even if you are not a massive Bowie fan I’m sure you will love the house. If you are, it has lots of Bowie memorabilia, prints, magazines & a Jukebox with 80 Bowie singles. It’s also a Smart House. Press Bowie “Sound” and a Bowie album will play in the room. Press “Bowie Vision” and the TV will turn on and you can watch Bowie films & documentaries.

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.
