South Downs View, in West Sussex, is a peaceful, comfortable studio flat over garage that we call 'THE FOG'. It is situated on a pick your own fruit farm where you can enjoy visits to our family run farm shop (Monday to Saturday) that offers local artisan produce and a cafe serving home cooked food and speciality coffee. The FOG is a perfect place to stay for a few days away in the country or an ideal stopover if you are taking on the challenge of walking or cycling the South downs way.

Northwood Farm Cottage

This lovely converted farm cottage/annex makes the perfect stay for anyone looking to explore the local area within the South Downs National Park. The cottage is surrounded by an abundance of footpaths and bridlepaths which can be accessed directly from the farm. This cottage is sure to provide you with a cosy stay in front of the log burner. If you are bringing pets please note the garden is not enclosed and they must be kept on a lead whilst on the property. Additional logs available to buy.

We have now completed a major renovation of the cottage and are taking bookings. Beautiful barn space in the heart of the Hampshire countryside situated on the edge of a village. On the first floor there is a UK Superking bed which can be split into twin beds at £15 extra cost, a table for two people and shower room.
