The Old Bakery is a luxurious self-contained cottage set in the heart of the beautiful South Downs National Park. It has been voted one of the best Air B&Bs in the UK in 2021! Guests can enjoy beautiful walks directly from the cottage or visit local villages such as Haslemere, Midhurst, Petworth, Arundel, the South Coast (West Wittering) and Goodwood. You will be spoilt for choices with some excellent pubs and restaurants in the area with the fabulous Duke of Cumberland pub a short walk away.

Nestled in the rural village of Fittleworth, Wishing Well Cottage is the perfect getaway right in the heart of the South Downs National Park. The cottage is newly renovated with many of it's beautiful original features restored. Snuggle up in front of the log fire with a hot chocolate or sit in the large private garden with both covered and open air seating areas, where you can toast marshmallows on the fire pit or sip a glass of wine. A walkers paradise, it is surrounded by natural beauty.

Our hideaway offers the perfect getaway. Soak up the peace and quiet, take in the amazing view and relax surrounded by ancient woodland, only 50 miles from London. Our beautiful rustic one bedroom barn is attached to the end of our family home. Situated in the popular Surrey Hills an area of outstanding beauty surrounded by many local award winning pubs and to numerous picturesque country walks right outside the barn doors. The property comes with a wood burner making winter particularly lovely with board games available. Guests are also welcome to use the house facilities which include a heated swimming pool and tennis court. Dogs are very welcome

Converted, modern, self contained accommodation with private entrance. A drift wood theme inside and out with a small courtyard area. Near to Goodwood for horse racing and motor events, Chichester festival theatre, the beaches of West Wittering and the South Downs. The accommodation has a full kitchen including a fridge with freezer compartment, 2 ring induction hob, single oven and microwave. A separate bedroom with double bed, ensuite shower, log burner and storage/hanging space

Luxury Rural Retreat with Hot Tub set in 3 acres

Little Fisher Farm provides luxury rural accommodation capable of sleeping up to 6 people and is surrounded by a large 3 acre private garden and farmland.  Our Hot Tub Leisure facility is available to book at an extra charge. Farm-View Retreat provides an open plan ground floor comprising fully equipped kitchen, dining, living and bathroom area together with a convertible sofa bed. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms which can be either super-kings or twins and another bathroom.

The Annex

Dogs can be considered upon application (hosts have cats) If approved, we politely ask that dogs are kept on lead when in grounds of the property. Self contained single level accommodation, under a mile from the coast (7 min walk to village, plus 8 mins to the sea) The Annex has a large bedroom, bathroom plus lounge, which contains a kitchenette space Patio doors overlooks own patio area & shared rear garden. With many local vineyards to visit Sussex is the largest producer of many award winning English Wines. Located in an International Dark Skies Reserve, one of only 21 in the world. Welcome/breakfast pack provided (includes bread, butter, jam, cookies, cereal, milk) plus tea and coffee.
