Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Palestra di 9 mq. 200 metri di sterrato in salita per raggiungere la casa.

Le Pietre è una colonica ristrutturata con i criteri della Bioedilizia e immersa nella rigogliosa vegetazione delle colline rivolte verso il mare. Dalla tarda primavera, potrete perdervi ad ascoltare il canto dei grilli e lasciarvi stupire dallo spettacolo senza tempo delle lucciole sotto la bella pergola contornata da piante di salvia, rosmarino e rose che incornicia la casa.

It is located in the hamlet of Catignano in Gambassi Terme, just a few kilometres from San Gimignano. The house sits in a protected oasis surrounded by a beautiful private park with olive trees, a pond, pine trees and woods, where you can walk, relax and enjoy the pleasures of unspoilt nature. A unique experience entirely to be enjoyed.

Our residential complex, Holiday Prato Verde, is located in Tuscany, in Chiatri Puccini, a small village in the tuscan hills. Our structure is made of 5 comfortable apartments located in a beautiful hill. This marvellous position offers a unique landscape. You can enjoy it relaxing by the pool or from the balcony of your apartment, surrounded by olive trees and woods that guarantee a fresh, windy climate even in summer.

VILLA GIOMA - Rustico completamente ristrutturato

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.

Borgometato - Oliveta

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. OLIVETA is part of this place.

Ottima posizione, sulla prima collina panoramica con vista sul lago di Massaciuccoli. A 15 minuti dal mare di Viareggio, a breve distanza si trovano importanti città storiche come Lucca, Pisa e Pietrasanta. L'alloggio è strutturato su tre piani: - Piano terra, cucina e servizio - Primo piano, sala con divano letto e TV - Secondo piano, camera matrimoniale con TV e bagno privato con doccia.

Accogliente e caldo, ideale per 4 persone ma adatto anche a 6, accoglie con piacere i vostri amici a quattro zampe! Situato in una zona strategica, ad un passo dalla SP1 ,strada che collega Camaiore a Lucca. Facilissimo da raggiungere, da qui potrete visitare tutta la Toscana !
