Eiffel is spacious and light with high ceilings and large windows offering views of the surrounding countryside. It is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday including a utility room with washer and dryer. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, wooden beams and looks out onto a green valley. The large living room has a corner sofa, smart TV and superfast broadband. There's a wood burning stove for cooler evenings and reversible air-conditioning. The perfect home from home!

Le Moulin de Papalis: un endroit ou se ressourcer

Ce moulin du 18ème a été réhabilité en maison de 180m2 avec une capacité de 8 personnes. Le bien est composé d'une cuisine, d'un atelier avec billard, une terrasse, séjour, salon, 4 chambres dont une chambre avec douche et une salle de bain. Le jardin est composé d'îles reliés par des ponts. Durant votre séjour, vous aurez l'occasion de pratiquer la pêche, la baignade, le canoë, le ping pong.... Je tiens à préciser qu'il s'agit d'un moulin construit sur un bief dans un milieu naturel préservé.

The Old Bank - Apartment Two

A lovingly renovated and sun filled apartment in the old bank. Sitting on the top floor of the bank, this apartment allows for stunning panoramic views. Your front door is just a few strides from the square, with a butchers, bakers, shop, tabac, bars and restaurants. A short stroll down the hill will bring you to the Subterranean Church and then a little way on is the River Dronne which has a beach and grass area to its side, not forgetting the bar/cafe which is open all through summer.

Walk into the local village to make use of the local shop for your fresh morning bread and croissants etc, or enjoy rivers, chateau and vineyards further afield.

Notre gîte se situe dans un moulin sur la très belle rivière La Dronne. C est un appartement très spacieux (55M2) entièrement rénové. Une chambre avec vue sur la rivière, et magnifique terrasse la surplombant. Accès direct à la rivière pour baignade ou canoé que nous mettons à votre disposition. Attention l'escalier menant au gîte est assez étroit et pentu et ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite ainsi qu à certaines personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer

Le "Domaine de Champ rose" est un grand gîte avec PISCINE PRIVEE, COUVERTE et CHAUFFEE TOUTE L'ANNEE. 6 chambres, 6 salles de bain. Vous pouvez vous reposer dans le calme et la campagne du sud-Charente dans notre grand gîte de charme. Nous vous réservons un accueil familiale et vous guiderons sur les activités de la région. Grand parc ombragé, billard et une bibliothèque, ainsi qu'un terrain de pétanque. Nous acceptons 18 pers maximum. Pas d'animaux.
