Super logement pareil que sur la description, très propre et bien rangé ,pas loin du centre ville.

Joli logement, bien décoré correspondais au descriptif de l’annonce. Mélanie est très clair dans les explications, et réactive au message, de plus la vidéo explicative est très bien :)

A fantastic secluded space for 2 with great amenities and well equipped kitchen. Not in the centre of Paris but in a village-like area of Montreuil totally quiet and peaceful. Easy to get into town via Metro or velib (recommended!). Wonderful, responsive hosts. Great art book library.

Great spot for a big group or family. Funky house layout (lots of stairs), but it has all the necessary beds for 8 people (3 queen beds and 2 twin/ kid beds in the attic). (The kids' room fit two adults fine, even with low ceilings). No air conditioning, BUT if you open the windows, the nighttime breeze was actually very cool (even in the summer), and fans were provided. The kitchen, living room, and terrasse were AMAZING! We loved having group dinners outside and the kitchen has everything you need and more! Also loved the washer/dryer. Amenities were the best. The neighborhood is more calm and quiet. The home is close to a cute park and some good kebab/halal food options. A little walk from the subway - about 12-15 minutes. Overall, everything felt clean and well-kept. The hosts were clear with instructions and very friendly.

Très bon séjour, j'adore le quartier où il se trouve, avec un super marché, boulangeries, des magazines et restaurants et le métro pas loin et les proprietaires sont très gentils, ils aident beaucoup et vous laissent sentir comfortable.

Meine Kinder und ich haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt - vielen Dank!! Wenn wir das nächste Mal einen Aufenthalt in Paris planen, kommen wir gerne wieder. Gute Lage, mit dem Auto perfekt dank eigenem Parkplatz. Unterkunft ist ruhig, wir konnten alle gut schlafen.

Nora’s place is super clean and is better than the pictures. The bus stop is walking distance which helps when taking the metro to the city. We loved that it’s so close to the airport for early morning flights. Would definitely stay again.

Hyper contents de ce séjour chez Wahiba ! Le logement est très agréable, nous étions 4 : deux adultes et deux enfants. Il y a la place pour au moins une personne de plus. Wahiba est une super hôte : très sympa et très arrangeante sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Nous sommes ravis ! Merci :)

After a day of cycling through Paris, the house of Victoria is perfect to relax. A cosy and peaceful house, though near the Périphérique. The subway around the corner, and for cycling is Paris ideal from the center to her place. And not to forget the beautiful garden aside the house. Victoria is a very nice and communicative host.....we will come back again and I truly recommend Victoria's place!

Le séjour s’est très bien passé. Logement très bien placé et fonctionnel. Le tarif était très élevé (150€ la nuit) et je trouve regrettable de constater que aujourd’hui il est proposé à 82€/la nuit. Le logement étant situé au 5eme étage, quand l’ascenseur est en panne, il perds en valeur. (Ce qui a été le cas pendant mon sejour). Un autre bémol également sur les assiettes fortement usées ce qui leur donne un aspect sale. Un dernier bemol sur l’absence de douche (mais d’une baignoire), pas indiqué clairement dans l’annonce. (Ca ne m’a pas trop dérangé mais pour une personne ayant quelques soucis ce pourrait etre un problème) Communication excellente. Appartement très propre. Je recommande mais pas au prix facturé.

This place is roomy, well equipped with whateveyou might need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is very clean and in a safe neighborhood. The police station is literally around the corner. In addition, the building has a lift. You need to manouver five steps or so, to get to the landing to use it, but otherwise no problem. Plenty of restaurants, two great bakeries, and a Monoprix supermarket are within 5-10 minutes walk. Bus #86 or #76 as well as Metro will get you to all the sites easily and cheaply. Nicolas and Helene are very responsive and allowed us early access when we checked in. Overall, a quiet neighborhood with access to whatever you need without the hustle bustle of the Marais or Latin Quarter. Full disclosure, this is an older building and some of the walls in the hallways and apartment have some plaster/paint peeled off or peeling off. While initially a little unusual, it impacts not at all on your stay. This wouldn’t preclude us from renting here again.

Mariam est une super hôte, réactive et efficace. Le logement est un peu (trop) sobre mais est bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Il n'y a pas grand choses aux alentours mais le RER est accessible à pied rapidement. Dans l'ensemble, je suis ravi de mon séjour et je ne peux que recommander Mariam et son logement :)

I had a wonderful stay at Franck’s place. The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The location was close to local shops and quiet, making it easy to get around. I especially appreciated comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful view. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to others and would be happy to stay again.

Quando voltar a Paris pretendo repetir a estadia! Foram muito solícitos, a casa era muito confortável, o café da manhã era sempre um momento agradável. Mesmo dividindo a casa tínhamos sempre privacidade. O quarto era muito aconchegante, com uma cama deliciosa, e muito espaçoso. Muito perto de metrô e de linhas de ônibus, mas numa rua tranquila. Adoramos!

Super séjour chez Margaret qui est une hôte parfaite : chaleureuse, présente sans être intrusive. Sa maison (avec jardin !) est magnifique. Le quartier commerçant de Vincennes est proche (10 minutes à pied) et vert (Château de Vincennes et parc). La ligne 1 permet de rejoindre Paris sans difficulté. Je recommande !

Mooi verblijf, in een rustige wijk op 7min van de rechtstreekse trein naar Parijs. Perfect om hartje Parijs te vermijden met de auto. Veronique en Olivier waren superlief en vriendelijk en ondanks dat ze moesten werken maakten ze tijd om er te zijn voor ons met ontbijt, tips en een leuke babbel. Mooie kamer met prive badkamer en toilet. Alles wat nodig was voor onze 4daagse citytrip.

Nous avons grandement apprécié l'accueil de Yann. La maison a beaucoup de cachet. Nous avons grandement apprécié l'échange avec Yann qui a été à notre écoute. La chambre était parfaite, au calme. Avec une salle de bain indépendante. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et nous avons échangé avec Yann sur l'histoire de sa bâtisse. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Merci à notre hôte !

Our second time at Stephane's listing. The apartment was close to Disneyland Paris, it's a perfect option if you plan to go there.

If we could leave more stars, we would!!Sandrine and her whole family were extremely welcoming, taking the time to sit and talk with us. The location was perfect for the Olympic rowing, in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. If we come back to Paris, we would like to stay with her again. Her home is beautiful and we feel lucky to have had the opportunity to share it with her.

We really enjoyed our visit in this calm and clean accommodation. Delicious breakfast and great communication with our host. 100% recommend!
