We are based on the outskirts of Little Tew just 2 miles away from Soho Farmhouse. Also, Diddly Squat farm is 11 minutes away, The Farmers Dog is 29 minutes away. All popular with guests. We don’t accept dogs here as the Happy Valley Pod is on a working farm with livestock.

The barn is set in the large garden of an old farm house in the historical Village of Kings Sutton, and has been tastefully converted in to a modern living space. The accommodation comprises: Large kitchen sitting room, with WIFI and Connected TV. A mezzanine bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2 or 2 +baby in cot) A small seperate bedroom that can be laid out as a King or 2 single beds A small tasteful bathroom and a utility room. Explore our charming cotswold stone cottage, nestled in the Oxfordshire countryside. Surrounded by beautiful woodland and set back from the road, enjoy a peaceful stay where you can truly relax. ​ With a fully fenced front and back garden we are perfectly set up for young families and dog owners alike.  ​Built in 1882 and sympathetically renovated in 2023 these old farm workers cottages have long been a single dwelling but still hold the stories of years gone by. 

'Rosie' Shepherd's Hut

Nestled in the corner of Barley Meadow at Spring Hill Farm, our Shepherd’s Hut offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and connect with nature. The hut features a modern en-suite, kitchenette, double bed, and a wood-fired hot tub outside the hut (added Oct 2024). Please note, there’s a 150-metre walk from the parking area, and as the hut is in a field, the path can get muddy—so come prepared!
