This fun lower house is in a quiet suburban area. Reservations are thoughtfully scheduled to preserve a calm residential experience and support the care of the home. The space sleeps 8 adults in beds, and 4 children on air mattresses. Enjoy access to a full kitchen, game room, bar, gas fireplace, and an adjoining backyard with gardens, pool, hot tub, and grill area. Chanticleer, Valley Forge Park, and Longwood Gardens are nearby. The owners in the upper house will make sure your stay is perfect.

Alpaca Cottage

Find yourself immersed in tranquility with all the comforts of home. The Alpaca Cottage invites you to spend quality time with our small herd of Alpaca and pygmy goats, they’re a curious bunch who love to meet, greet and beg for treats. The 2 acre property is edged by the Rancocas Creek so bring your fishing pole or Kayak. If your lucky you may see an Eagle soaring high above the nearby hiking trail. The Cottage is a charming 1 bedroom w/full kitchen, sofa bed & private courtyard w/plunge pool.

Oasis

Luxuriate in the large hot tub; enjoy the seasonal pool and gardens; drive to Philadelphia to experience its vast history, or indulge in one of Philadelphia's famous cheese steaks. The next day go shopping and dining in Peddlers Village; check out the craft beer and wine trails of Bucks County. Or maybe try your luck at Parx Casino. Return and unwind by one of the two fireplaces or play a game of foosball or mini pool. So many things to do! Please note this is not a wedding/shower/party venue.

The Vintage Suite at Park House

Welcome to the Vintage Suite at Park House! The cozy, vintage themed suite features a private entrance and balcony overlooking over two acres of the park-like property. Pet friendly! Dedicated parking that can be seen from the suite. Early check ins: The availability of the Suite prior to the 3PM check in time is unlikely due to the popularity of the Suite. The pool and hot tub are closed for the season. They will be available again in May. Please, no parties or smoking inside!
