The 2 decks offer such a different environment from each other. The upper deck has a 4 person hot tub, outdoor dining, 36" Blackstone grill, and 2 lounge chairs. The "mandala" deck has a sofa & 2 hand crafted porch swings that helps get you in that relaxed mode. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

The property is on the north end of Lake Tenkiller and is located 500 feet to the lake entrance at Pettit Bay Parks. There is a boat ramp, swimming and a loading dock available at each park. There are numerous floating restaurants and boat rentals at the marinas. It is 15 min to town with shopping, eateries, tourism, casinos, golfing and much more. The property is 30 minutes to the Illinois River for rafting, kayaking, canoeing and swimming. This is a fishing and hunting paradise.

The Brice at Chillinois River Cabins! The Brice sits on 5 acres with our additional house named "The Sanco", which is also on Airbnb. If dates are open, you could rent both houses for a larger party! The Brice features a large outdoor living space complete with bar, hot tub, bar table, porch swing, dining table and tons of outdoor games such as Cornhole, flag football, bocce ball etc. The interior features beds for 3 couples and 4 singles.

Our cabin is located on the lower part of the Illinois River in a country setting. The cabin has two queen beds with luxury linens and pillows. The bathroom has a shower in a tub and soft white towels with a sink. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the comfy beds. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
