The first floor has a single hide-a-bed and seating. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape in the woods.

Our home is so close to lots of amenities that everyone is sure to enjoy. Please note that we have a NO PET policy.

Set on 250 acres that include Clear Creek, bluffs, pastures, and forest, the farmhouse offers seclusion and quiet for one or two people looking for a getaway. There are paths to wander, a deck to sit on overlooking a pasture, thousands of books to peruse, old maps, a turntable with some eclectic vinyl, and farmdogs who love new people. We live on site and can tell stories or let you be. We prefer some dialog before booking.

Picture this..You laying on the loungers, glass of chilled wine, a page turner of a book watching the occasional kayaker through the bottom of your sunglasses. Perfect right? By evening you have access to sunsets, a fire pit and Marshmallow skewers for the perfect s’more. Inside you’ll find your favorite movie playing on surround sound and plenty of board games and puzzles for a quieter night. I have a hot tub that overlooks the river and bluff views. It is professionally maintained.

The 2nd bedroom is located on the main level equipped with a king size bed, small desk and a rocking chair and the loft has two full size beds and a fold down sofa.
