Ideal for work in the area, travelling in & out of Stansted Airport, visiting family, attending events/little getaway. 15 mins drive to Epping Underground & North Weald Airfield 19 mins drive to Stansted Airport via M11 3 mins drive to M11 7 -10 mins drive to Hospital (PAH) 10 mins walk to Tesco, Cafe pub/restaurant 5 mins brisk walk to bus stop.

There are two flights of stairs to the apartment which is then arranged over the 2nd & 3rd floors of the original house. The master bedroom, reception room, kitchen are all located on the 2nd floor. Tuck away next to the Wivenhoe woods (upper Wivenhoe), this lovely self-contained studio flat provides comfortable accommodation throughout. The studio is on a cul-de-sac, with its own entrance. It is just a short walk to the University of Essex via Wivenhoe Public pathway. The the train station is also only 15 minute walk away through the Wivenhoe trail. Ideal for 1-2 guests, but a baby or small chid is welcome (providing that you bring your own travel cot & bedding with you).
