VE Farm

Enjoy the sounds and sights of nature when you stay in this unique place. Our small house is our place of respite as we develop our farm. It is full of many luxuries and a well appointed kitchen to allow for a very comfortable stay. There are views of our farm and the surrounding area from every window and the window above the bed is perfect for stargazing at night from the comfort of your bed. We have many animals on including water buffalo, goats, pigs, and chickens so always something to see.

Come stay at the heart of our working cattle and sheep farm! Located directly off of Route 40 in Ferrum, Lillie's Place is nestled in between cattle pastures. Lillie's Place offers a quiet and relaxing get away spot. The views are amazing! Lillie’s Place offers a beautiful display of artwork by the talented Kelli Scott!

Finn’s Folly , a cabin on the Blue Ridge Parkway

Quiet secluded retreat right off the Blue Ridge Parkway. 9 miles to the town of Floyd. Nestled in a clearing in the woods, this dog friendly newly remodeled cabin is a short walk to Smartview Recreation area and hiking trails. Whip up a home cooked meal in the well appointed kitchen, then enjoy the privacy and birdsong as you eat out on the front porch. Take your pup with you to Chateau Morissette winery, just 18 miles away, or relax on one of the porches and watch the deer or fox stroll by.

Weekend "Wee"treat - Floyd County Tiny House

Get away to a private setting in Floyd County with your very own tiny home. Located just a 15-17 minute drive to downtown Floyd. Our tiny house is located on 2 wooded acres in a quiet, rural setting with plenty of room for the entire family. We encourage use of the entire site for tent camping alongside the tiny house. Kitchenette w/outdoor grill, bathroom with clawfoot tub, stackable washer/dryer, central HVAC and complimentary Level 2 EV charging are just some of the amenities to be found.

The Cabin

Charming log cabin in great Floyd County location for 2 guests only. Large family room with gas fireplace. Separate bedroom with queen bed, well appointed kitchen, & single bath with stall shower. Located ~22 minutes from I-81, 35 minutes from Virginia Tech, 22 minutes from Floyd Country Store, & ~ 40 minutes to Roanoke. No smoking/vaping on property. Our home is beside/visible from the cabin. We are available if you need anything, but we respect your time and will give you your privacy.

Three-story Blue Ridge Yurt getaway

This three-story yurt is an architectural wonder, featuring bamboo floors, heat and a/c and other modern amenities. Situated on 3 private acres at the top of an end-state-maintenance road with streams and hiking paths, the property exemplifies the beauty and diversity of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Apple Ridge Farm Caboose Bed & Breakfast - #1

The overnight stay in this lovely Caboose #1 includes a complimentary breakfast. Guests can enjoy 96-acres of beautiful mountain property and 4+ miles of hiking trails. This is a unique and unforgettable experience. All proceeds support Apple Ridge Farm, a non-profit that "Helps Kids Grow!". This rental is Pet Friendly with a $25 per pet fee.

Tiny House @ TinyHouseFamily

Our tiny house is beautifully appointed with everything you need to live (and work!) in luxury two miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway and two miles from downtown Floyd, VA. Sleep soundly on the queen sized mattress topped with 4" memory foam. Cook your gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen—(we provide welcome mini loaf, organic coffee, half and half, sugar, rolled oats, olive oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon.) Spend the evening enjoying a campfire or relax on the porch swing.

Max's House- Cozy Home on BRParkway Farm

Great location just 1/2 mile from the Blue Ridge Parkway at MP 152. Surrounded by open fields, mountain vistas abound. This home has been lived in and gently loved for many years. There is one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. An extra cot is available. Fully equipped kitchen! Great for families and a long stay. Guests are invited to join us when feeding the farm animals (alpacas, llamas, Highland cattle, Jacob sheep and angora goats) each morning. Fun!

Walnut Hills Farm

Restored 1900 farmhouse with high end finishes with a babbling brook and view of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the front porch. Wedding venue, Appalachia Hills, is next door. Walnut Hills is situated between Rocky Mount and Roanoke offering music and other entertainment at the Harvester and Berglund Centers. Franklin County has scenic roads for cycling enthusiasts with easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Good hiking destinations are nearby.

Twin Falls Getaway

If you’re looking for a remote cozy country cabin feel that’s out in the quiet peaceful country, with lots of different wildlife around, you’ve found the perfect place! Sitting in the beautiful country located just 2 miles off of the Blue Ridge Parkway. Located a mile off of 221, In between the city of Roanoke and the little town of Floyd about a 30 minute drive to both. About 35 miles (50 minute drive) from Blacksburg, Virginia Tech

The Cabin is a luxurious rural escape, with a 3-person hot tub. Located on a permaculture homestead and native plant sanctuary, the space overlooks the garden and is surrounded by forest. Natural/local materials were used throughout (built in 2023).
