Luxe Farmhouse Retreat with Incredible Views

*This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home that sleeps 12 is the perfect destination for your relaxing getaway. Children are welcome, but no pets of any kind allowed on the property. *King Master Bedroom: 1 King bed, flat screen television, walk-in closet, private bathroom with soaker tub, shower and double vanities *Queen Bedroom: 1 queen bed, flat screen television, hall bath with tub and shower *Double Bedroom: 2 full-size beds, hall bath with tub and shower *Bunk Room: 4 twin beds, private bathroom with tiled shower *Open kitchen and living area with bar seating and flat screen television, kitchen table seating for 6. Cable television, dvd player and wifi available *Dining room with seating for 8 and outdoor dining area with seating for 8 *Kitchen equipped with microwave, double ovens, cooktop, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, mixer, blender, crock pot, and griddle. Gas grill is available on the deck and a Culligan drinking water system is installed. *Laundry room available with washer and dryer. Linens and towels provided. *Outdoor swimming pool available May-September. *Deck with multiple seating areas and umbrellas *Basketball, Corn Hole, Frisbie Golf, Ladder Ball *Farm Golf! Hitting mat and range balls to practice your skills Guests have full access to the home and the walking trails from the property. There's also great access to the Harpeth River through the Narrows of the Harpeth State Park just a mile down the road. You will experience woods, fields, hills and valleys at this unique destination! Prior to your stay we'll determine together the level of interaction based on the needs of your family. You will also be provided with a phone number where we can be reached during the day and evening for any questions or issues you may have. The Narrows of the Harpeth is a beautiful area in Kingston Springs. There's access to the Harpeth River through the Narrows of Harpeth State Park just a mile down the road. AdventureWorks Zip Line is also located next to the property. Hiking and fishing adventures are all within walking distance. Car services do not travel to our area. Once you're here you won't want to leave! And to be honest, this would be an expensive Uber ride to/from Nashville. Get away from the city with us, and enjoy the chance to remove yourself from the hustle and bustle of downtown. A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required. The amount is NOT applied toward rent. This cozy little cabin nestled in the trees is located in a rural neighborhood and sits 150ft away from the street. The cabin sits on 3+acres. Enjoy a short hike to the spring-fed stream on the property. 35 minutes to downtown Nashville. Cal-King Premium Nectar Mattress, and 2 full sized floor mattresses. Enjoy nature as you sit around the fire pit or play horseshoes, creating a relaxing getaway with the beauty Tennessee has to offer! Dogs are welcome (50lb limit, max of 2).

This home is located in the side of a rustic 1950's barn. Large kitchen-dining room, patio, and a screened porch are some of the best features. Acres of pasture to roam too! Fire pit, wood and charcoal grill. Check in 3-8pm-no late check in. No pets. Metropolitan Nashville Short Term Rental Permit # 500803. We do not rent to locals. This is a pet-free home and ESAs don't fall into AIrbnb's service animal policy or the ADA's policy in this rental.

The "Hillbilly" country retreat 30 min to downtown

Country Retreat - just 15 min from dining and shopping and 30 min to the honky tonks on Broadway. Perfect for a little hiking or just sitting on the porch. Listen to the creek, look out over the field and forest that is home to cows, turkey, deer and all the other forest animals that share our home! An ideal space for someone looking for "natural time-out"! The Hillbilly is nestled behind my art studio where my sister and I create metal art.

The Treehouse Cabin

Beautiful, secluded property 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. Feels like a treehouse! Guests have access to entire property. The apartment has a kitchen, bed, bathroom, and fireplace. There is a large living room with a sitting area, pub table, big screened TV, and couches. To top it all off, guests have a screened-in gazebo with a gas fire pit. You can not beat the serenity or the views! Only 5 minutes to local stores & restaurants.
