The Country Bumpkin is a unique loft nestled in the lower valley of West Chazy. This property is located at the end of a secluded dead-end road and situated on 400 acres. Relax on Lake Champlain with family or friends! Our cozy two bedroom cottage can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Inside you’ll find 500 square feet of cleanliness, warmth and maritime style. A grill and new full kitchen provide the culinary options of home. A stylish bar/island compliments both kitchen and living areas. Outside you’ll find two spacious decks. One has a nautical feel, overlooking the lake, built of original stone and wood. A second larger deck overlooks the meadow.

Newly constructed (July 2024) centrally located charming cottage with lake views on the east shore of Grand Isle. Step out your front door and enjoy a walk, run or bike ride along the quiet scenic road that winds along Lake Champlain. Includes 5 x 7 lockable cedar storage shed with beach chairs, cooler and room for bikes and extra gear. Offering lake views only, this property is not lakefront. Tiny Glamping experience near Lake Champlain

This camp is a cute spot to go "GLAMPING" just off Lake Champlain in Northern NY, a great spot to unwind and this area has great fishing. Studio style camp with electric, bathroom and kitchen. Your own little tiny home camp. There is a dock to fish off or just relax by the water and a spot out in the water to anchor a boat if needed. Plenty of room to also pitch a tent or two and hang by a camp fire. I also like to mention our camp is in a great location for ice fishing and trail riding.
