This is the 3rd time we've stayed at Jessica's place! We consider it our top choice when visiting North East. The location is great, directly across from the town square/green, and there are several shops and restaurants just steps away. We enjoy the historic charm and architecture of the unit such as high ceilings and original millwork and windows, but is nicely renovated so the kitchen has all of the modern conveniences and is incredibly well stocked! The communication with owners is excellent with responses within minutes! I would highly recommend this to anyone. Since it is a 2nd floor unit in a tall building, it does requires good mobility to ascend the stairs.

We booked Roberts place for my mother in law to stay at while she attended my wedding. she felt right at home and was absolutely comfortable and floored by how beautiful the home was kept. the fridge had enough room for a two tier wedding cake that we decorated. Robert left snacks in the fridge and the beds were VERY comfortable. Air quality in the home was excellent! the seating was comfortable! the dining room has plenty of seating and the kitchen was spotless! we really enjoyed our stay and would book it again. my in-laws were asking about the place because they loved it so much!

Kelly Cottage

I needed a place to stay for two nights during a long out and back road trip. The cottage was clean and comfortable. Julie was very nice and super responsive. The area is great - some beautiful scenic spots on lake Erie just steps from the cottage including a lighthouse. Also Westfield has some really wonderful local restaurants. Overall it was perfect.

ELM Downtown Erie Boulevard Private Apartment

My father and I stayed here for several weeks while my mother was being treated for a serious illness at a nearby hospital. It was a very difficult and uncertain time for our family. We immediately felt at home, relaxed and comfortable when we stepped into the house and apartment. It is spacious but felt very warm and cozy. The house has alot of charm and character with the inside wooden staircase leading upstairs and a beautiful large outside sitting porch. There are many windows and natural light in the apartment. We were able to witness the beautiful blooming of the magnolia flowering tree out our windows. The host was very flexible and accomodating to our fluid situation and responsive when we needed to extend our stay. The property manager Joe was very friendly and helpful. The apartment layout was perfect for our needs. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom on opposite sides of the apartment. The bathtub was very relaxing and the beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Willow Pond Retreat

We have stayed in Susan's home multiple times and she never disappoints. Her hospitality is above and beyond, and she goes out of her way to make you feel cozy and right at home! She has everything you need to get started for your stay and then some - including decent toilet paper, tissues, a lighted make up mirror and cozy blankets amongst many other things. Everything was very clean as always and she's quick to respond to any communication. Her place is very convenient to downtown Ellicottville and Holiday Valley Ski Resort - maybe 10 minutes. If you're looking for an awesome place to stay.......this is it!

Can't say enough good things about Tammy and the experience staying here. Everything was spotless, the process was seamless, and she is extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive to messages. The house is beautifully decorated and the beds are so comfortable. This was our family's second time staying here and we will continue to book her place whenever we are in town!

The Empty Nest- 1st Floor

Bethany's place actually seemed bigger than the photos, which is unusual! The living room is very large. The bedroom was big enough and the bed was comfortable. It was super clean when we arrived. Good restaurant recommendations were left for us. The place is nicely located for visits to Allegany State Park, as well as Jamestown in the other direction.

Being originally from Jamestown, this place was the perfect "home away from home" for the holidays. Jean is very responsive and thoroughly answered our questions. The apartment is as listed. Peaceful area. Mayville is a great central location if you want to explore both the wineries near Lake Erie and any activities on or along Lake Chautauqua.

Matt and Miriam were great hosts. Always responsive, and graciously allowed an early check-in which was very helpful to us after a long drive and a busy itinerary. The house was as described, in a great location close to everything in the area. This was the perfect place for our group of 4 plus 2 dogs, with plenty of space and comfortable lounging and sleeping arrangements!

Melissa and Matt were the perfect hosts. Very clear and detailed instructions provided well in advance of stay and they were immediately responsive and helpful with any questions. Their condo was clean and as described. Much more updated and modern compared to the rustic and historical comparable offerings around. Great amenities. The central location is unmatched. My husband, adult children and I stayed for a weekend wedding event and I can’t imagine a better spot. Walkable. Effortless. Highly recommended.

Perfect location for a ski vacation. Close to the lift and lodge. The downtown is cute and plenty of shops and dining. The condo is probably one of the most well equipped places I’ve ever stayed.

Any questions or concerns I had they addressed within minutes. place looked exactly like the photos. favorite part about it is that it's hidden from the hustle of the city but you're literally a couple minutes away from anything. she also gave me recommendations on places to check out with my kids. and their detailed instructions make it very clear on everything you will need to know to stay there. I'd stay there again.
