Cozy Cottage next to Thompson Park

Cozy Cottage located only 15 minutes away from Fort Drum! ONE block away from Thompson Park/Zoo and only a 10min drive to Watertown mall! Fishing boats fit in Driveway. Bed is Firm! For any tourist visiting any upstate New York attractions, or simply looking for home away from home, this is your place! Two camera are installed; One in front entrance and one in the back. If you decided to book please mention if you'll have guest visiting and how many vehicle's you'll have, two vehicles max!

Sawmill Bay Getaway

Escape to your own slice of paradise with this 3 bed, 1.5 bath winterized cottage nestled on the tranquil shores of Sawmill Bay/Lake Ontario. Stunning lake views and the most amazing sunsets make this retreat perfect for family getaways or romantic escapes. We do not have a "beach" but have water access from the rock shore and are near public launches and marinas. Enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking, nearby restaurants, shops and a winery (across the street). Your Sawmill Bay Getaway awaits!

The Lake Ontario Hotel Room

Come and enjoy our cozy and unique hotel room type atmosphere located right in the middle of town! We are located next to a gift shop, across the street from two restaurants and a diner and the public lakefront Park and new access point is also across the street and about a 3 minute walk to public fishing and more! Small back deck, Wi-Fi, small mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Just 15 minutes or so to the thousand islands and located in the heart of outstanding fishing and boating!

Chaumont Bay Getaway | Luxury Waterfront/Hot Tub

Escape to this unique & tranquil getaway in 1000 islands vicinity. The spacious lake-view sunroom is perfect for relaxing. The master suite features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Relax in the hot tub [seasonally May-November] overlooking the lake or lounge at waterfront pergola with gas fire-pit. Chaumont Bay, one of world's largest freshwater bays, is a sought-after summer destination. We are a short drive to local tourist attractions in Alexandria Bay, Clayton, and Cape Vincent.

The Boathouse

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Welcome to our cozy studio just minutes away from the serene Lake Ontario and public boat launch! Nestled close to town, you'll find convenience with restaurants, a hardware store, and charming gift shops nearby. Inside, you'll discover a comfortable queen bed and a plush couch (not a pull-out) perfect for relaxation. Fully furnished and equipped with Wi-Fi, our studio offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, with ample parking space, there's room for your trailer too!

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. End your incredible day fishing off the dock with s’mores at the fire pit. Hunters and fishermen welcome. Plenty of parking so bring your motorized toys! See you soon!

The Hideaway Cabin

Welcome to the Hideaway Cabin, where you can unwind in the embrace of nature. Here, you can sizzle your favorites on the grill, lounge in the Adirondack chairs on the balcony, or simply relax indoors. Come evening, gather by the firepit on the porch to watch the fireflies dance or relax in the hot tub on the back porch. It's the ideal blend of natural serenity and homely comfort. In the winter, cozy up by the woodstove in the living room and catch up on your favorite TV shows.

Tiny Hideaway - Cozy Waterfront Escape

The tiny hideaway is an adorable tiny camp (might have to duck if you are over 5feet 11 in doorway and bathroom) on Chaumont bay. Year round camp. It’s great for a small family or a get away for a couple. Great private water front to enjoy with a dock. Bring drinking water as it’s on a shore well and is not drinkable. ICE FISHERMAN: I do not suggest accessing the ice in-front of the camp. Most guest access at long pt 1.5 down the road.

With ducks diving for fish right out the back door, you’re likely to spot a variety of wildlife, often including bald eagles, deer, and cranes.
