The Island Boat House is on a private 2 acre island in the 1000 Islands near Fisher's Landing, NY. You may bring or rent a boat, or we can provide rides in our boat for arrival and departure. This rustic & charming two br living space has a double & queen bed in the main room with a double bed in a separate room. An historic boathouse over the water, guests enjoy a private deck, with shower, dock & grill downstairs. Enjoy the majesty of the St. Lawrence River - fishing, swimming and sunsets!!

Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Windswept is the perfect word to describe the continual changes of the weather on Wolfe Island. The River one morning can be calm and serene but by the end of the afternoon, waves that rival the ocean come racing in. Each season brings its own delights, whether its kayaking along the shores in the summer, watching the steamships go by or seeing the deer at the waters edge. Windswept has something for everyone.
