La Petite Maison de Nicola

Hello and bonjour, My name is Nicola and I'm Scottish but love the fantastic countyside here in beautiful Burgundy. Our cute house with terrace and mezzanine is nestling under the magnificent Chateauneuf en Auxois. In 2 minutes you can walk along the Canal De Bourgogne taking in the wonderful views. Lots of interestings places to visit,wine to drink, markets, restaurants, castles, nature. Beaune 25 minutes, Dijon 40. Local market in summer in Pouilly en Auxois on a Friday. A bientot, Nicola :)

Maison Seguin du château de Commarin

La maison Seguin offre 120m2 pour 6/7 personnes avec vue sur le Château de Commarin, construite au 18e siècle par la propriétaire du Château, la maison Seguin a été rénovée entièrement pour créer un confort moderne tout en gardant son charme authentique, tant dans la maison que dans le charmant jardin privé . Située dans le centre du village, mais en retrait de la route, elle offre un repos inégalable. Tourisme, balades, dégustations, baignades au lac de Panthier, tout est à portée de main!

Idéal pour des touristes, randonneurs, cyclistes (abris vélo dispo), amoureux de la nature, etc... Ce logement privé offre beaucoup de prestations comme une salle de bain avec baignoire, cuisine équipée, lave linge, TV avec VOD et wifi. Ce logement possède sa propre entrée privée + parking privé gratuit juste devant le logement accompagné d’une terrasse abritée pour les belles journées.

La fée des lieux vous y accueillera avec plaisir et convivialité, elle sera à votre écoute pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable. Vous pourrez profiter d'une agréable pièce à vivre avec salon, cuisine équipée, télévision, d'une suite parentale et d'une chambre "cabane" BASSE de plafond avec wc.

Vous pourrez rayonner vers le parc régional du Morvan, les sites touristiques de Dijon, Saulieu, Fontenay, les vignobles de Beaune ou les vestiges romains d'Autun.
