Wonderful location, great condo. Will definitely return.

Nice little condo in a great location. Pool in the condo and an easy walk to the beach in under 10 minutes. Shops, restaurants, a children's museum and playground all a short walk or shorter drive away. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Ricky was helpful, flexible, responsive….All good for my crew of golfers

Loved this place, beautiful view, very clean and tidy, everything looked exactly as pictured, smart tv, WiFi, beach access, close to all the shopping and restaurants, owner even recommended his favorites to us before arriving, would definitely love to come back and stay again!

Frank’s place was absolutely worth every penny and deserves an A+ in my book. I stayed here with my 4 kids, age 14-7. We were comfortable and very happy. My kids didn’t want to leave. The location is great. The condo is pristine and just as pictured/described. The area is safe and proximate to the beach, park, local dining/shopping. We rented bikes right next door, too! We had the best time exploring the area and the kids enjoyed a lot of freedom and fresh air! Frank’s instructions were clear. He was communicative and easy to contact. Everything was fabulous and we would definitely stay here again if in Hilton Head! Loved it!!!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom condo! The location couldn’t have been better — right on the beach, with stunning ocean views from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves every morning was pure bliss. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a great bonus — perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. It was never too crowded and always well-maintained. Overall, this place had the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and location. We’d absolutely stay here again!

I stayed at Amy’s place for about a month, and it had everything I was looking for. The guidance and instructions that were provided were very helpful, and the space was perfect. The location was really nice as well. Close to everything, yet just the right distance to keep away from any congestion, traffic, etc. Highly recommend staying here for a longer rental period.

Michaella was very easy to communicate with. The place was very well lit (lots of windows). The indoor pool was open, the outdoor pool looks very nice and big. It wasn't open for repairs (no water in it). The walk to the beach is across the street and about 9 minutes. Michaella's place looks like it had a professional decorator. She left us beach chairs, coffee, and many extra touches to make us feel welcome. Down the street- popular restaurants/coffee shop that was about a 4 min. drive or we just walked. The best part about this listing is all the space!

Three of us stayed at Garry's place, and we all liked it very much. The actual house is way better than the photos, and the small veranda was a wonderful addition to the place. The two huge upstairs bedrooms with TVs had en suites, and the den with the sofa bed had a half bath, so everyone had privacy concerning the toilets. The place was well-equipped with towels, plastic bags, coffee, and kitchen utensils, and the temperature of the rooms was easy to control. The dryer was amazing, and towels and jeans dried within minutes. The location was two blocks away from one of my favorite bakery/coffee shops called Mate Factor which makes organic breads, and it is the same distance to Kroger's Supermarket which is very convenient when you don't have a car. The host was so attentive, and he let us in much earlier than our check in time, which was so thoughtful since we arrived early in the morning. A great stay, and we would stay there again.

Milan was a fantastic host, he was responsive and so easy to book with, the condo is fantastic! it had everything we needed and more, it was very clean and spacious. the furnture was super comfy. and the area was so peaceful and quiet. everything is within walking distance by a few blocks. I could not believe how easy and convenient it was to get everywhere, there was great food all around, we biked to the grocery store, enjoyed celebration park, and truly can't wait for our next visit back. thank you Milan for everything being wonderful, from check in to our departure! we look forward to our next stay !

Wonderful condo! The screened porch added a lot to our enjoyment. Very clean, comfortable beds and close to everything. A short walk or bike ride to the beach. Would stay here again!

Very nice complex and beautiful, well decorated unit. Hosts were great to let us book at last minute due to Florida hurricane and worked with us until the last minute as we were deciding what to do midweek. I also left something at the unit and messaged host about it. She immediately contacted her cleaning crew to help me track it down. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Jessica’s pet-friendly condo! It was so nice to find a place that welcomed our dog. The location was perfect for morning walks and very close to restaurants and shopping. Fantastic location and outstanding host! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Peach Penthouse. As another Airbnb host I know the work that goes into turning a rental over. It was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. The balcony is very nice but there is a lot of road noise. So we did not use it as much as we would have liked. It’s a short walk to the beach and the wagons and ice chests are a lovely amenity. Thank you for a great stay. Tybee Island is quite memorable.

The rental was very nice. It was as described and looked like the pictures. My family was very comfortable. I was a little disappointed about the distance to the beach. There is a picture of a walking path in the listing that I wasn’t able to figure out so we just drove and parked each day. Not big deal at all. It was less than a 2 minute drive and parking was directly across the street. This part of Hilton Head has a lot of shops and beach activity so that was very nice to have so close. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect location. Close to downtown and the beach. Pool area was clean and accessible. Condo Unit was also very clean. We have been to Tybee several times over the last few years and this was by far the cleanest rental and did not have a musty smell like many other vacation rentals. Thank you for allowing us to use your space.

My family loved the place, pool, and beach access. Lots to do in a short drive, or short walk. Lots of good eateries nearby. Loved the area, will come back!!

We had a family gathering at Terese's place, and everything was perfect! The condo is beautiful. It's only a few blocks from the beach, with a fun, giant pavilion and boardwalk. We walked to several great restaurants. They were only steps away from the condo. All of the beds were comfy. The master bedroom and bath are awesome! Outside is a huge deck overlooking the community pool. We would stay on Tybee Island again. It was a lot of fun and a short drive to downtown Savannah. Terese was very attentive and always answered us quickly. Very nice!

Clean and close to the bay. Thin walls so be aware of that, especially upstairs neighbors. Very nice place and comfy. Has everything you’ll need - chairs, umbrella, beach towels, plenty of shower towels, full kitchen. Wish there were more washcloths. Didn’t love being on the first floor from privacy standpoint on the balcony but it would’ve been perfect if we needed to watch our kids in the pool.

Very proactive & quick to communicate! We had a wonderful cozy stay. Walkable to restaurants & great playground for kids! 10 minute walk to the beach!

Great place for a couple of small family. The king size bed was very comfotable and the kitchen was perfect to make a quick breakfast meal or enjoy delivery or take out. The pool was a nice quiet place to relax by. Overall, we highly recommend!

It was very clean and had a great view they responded to us very quick and with clear instructions we are grateful to them for letting us stay there 10/10

Our family of 2 adults and 2 children (ages 10 and 8) loved our visit at The Dunes! Kim was quick to respond to our questions and friendly each time. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. our girls especially loved sleeping in the very wel built bunk beds. The FULL SIZE washer and dryer were a pleasant surprise. The pool was heated and made swimming in April very fun. It truly felt like bath water! The location was very convenient for biking to restaurants, shopping, ice cream, a splash pad, grocery store, and a playground. The walk to the beach was short and easy. It was never crowded. We would definitely recommend a stay here and are already planning to book a stay here for our next visit!
