Guests staying January 1-June 27 & August 6-December 31 enjoy free use of our golf cart w/ island parking pass. Value of $150+ a night. Our beach has robust marine life, incl. dolphins. Some say it feels private. This is one of the complex's few elevator units and in a bldg closest to the beach, with 2 swimming pools, kiddie pool, tennis/pickleball, and grills

Ocean sunrises from your private balcony! Steps to the beach! Recently renovated 1 Bed/1 Bath villa in gated ocean community. New flooring & bathroom. Central air/heat. Nicely appointed, fully equipped and immaculate. Perfect for up to 4 guests. Boardwalk to beach. Outdoor pool/showers. 2 beach cruiser bicycles included. Easy walk to Coligny Plaza for many restaurants, shops, grocery, etc. Great golf courses, tennis/pickelball, biking/hiking trails, boating/fishing, parks in area.

Bella Vista Blu *BEACH FRONT* POOLS*

We loved this condo at first site. The view is unbelievable, and it's been recently upgraded and renovated. Walk down the condo stairs and follow a sandy 5 min walk to the ocean. Condo has an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. This condo offers private condo beach access, two great pools and (1 ) free covered parking spaces. We would argue we offer the best ocean view on the island. This condo is on the third floor and no elevator. There are 46 steps however the view is amazing!

Oceanview, just steps to beach! The heart of HHI

One bedroom ocean view villa in the heart of Hilton Head Island and Coligny Plaza. Steps to private beach access and just a short walk to the Tiki Hut. The villa is very clean and well cared for. Small kitchenette which includes oven, microwave and fridge. Bunks in hallway, recommended for young children. Weight limit on ladder: 75lbs. Renovated 1st floor, 1 BR getaway located across the street from the beach! Private deck overlooks community pool just steps from back door. Great location - plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping and grocery stores nearby. New appliances, smart TVs in living area and bedroom (cable in living room). Bedroom has a queen-size bed and brand new leather recliner sofa in the living room. Rental includes 2 beach chairs, cart and umbrella. Absolutely no pets and no smoking allowed.

Tastefully remodeled villa located on HHI's most desirable South Forest Beach, near Coligny Plaza. This brightly decorated, one bedroom villa is perfect for a romantic getaway or beach getaway for you and another guest. Spacious condo is way larger than a hotel room and even has a den with full kitchenette. OceanWalk has 2 pools-outdoor & indoor, hot tub (nearly unheard of on HHI), tennis court and more! An easy 5 minute walk to beach, directly across the street.

Oceanfront condo on the beach!

A great villa in an ocean-front complex. Top floor, light and airy. King size bed; full-sized appliances (great for a weekly stay). Kids can sleep on living room sofa or air mattress. Steps from the beach with private entrance and outdoor shower. Park the car once in our gated, secure complex and walk to grocery stores, shops, bars and restaurants in Coligny Plaza and the new Celebration Park! Swimming pool, sundeck, beach chairs and umbrella.
