Tropical getaway Pool and tiki bar

1)Beautiful newer build house on 2 acres 1800sq/ft with 3 BR and 2 bath sleeps up to 8. 2)Has a large above ground pool 18' x 33' and a large fish pond and outdoor bar/BBQ and tropical landscape parking for 4 cars. 3)15mins drive from downtown Punta Gorda with lots of great restaurants little shops and bars with live music and much more, 7mins drive closest store winn-dixie. 4)10 mins drive to Punta Gorda airport. Located in a peaceful neighborhood with large oak trees on a dead end street.

Peaceful PGI Getaway

This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is located on intersecting canals in Punta Gorda Isles, providing beautiful water views from several rooms throughout the house. With two living rooms, there is plenty of space for the whole family! You will enjoy indoor and outdoor dining tables. This quiet neighborhood is great for families, couples, or seniors. With the house at the end of the street you have plenty of privacy. The spacious pool overlooks your 145 ft water view and boat dock.

Tarpon Hideaway

Fish off your private dock. Fishing poles and a bait bucket is supplied with the house. The bait store is a 3 minute drive. We have caught snook, sheep head, snapper and even small tarpons right off the dock. Charlotte Harbor is a 15 minute boat ride. Boca Grand is a 45 min boat ride. You can get to Shopping and Dining down town in just a few minutes. On the weekends go to the Farmers market. The house is very well stocked for the days you just want to stay in. You will love it here.

Incredible Water View! Heated/Salt/Sun filled pool

Newly remodeled home that is designed for family entertaining and relaxation. The open layout allows for enjoyment of the constant waterfront breezes while relaxing with family, taking a swim in the pool or watching the manatees lounge in the canal that has direct access to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf. The home is located within the Burnt Store Isles golf community (Twin Isles Country Club, 3 minute drive) with nearby shopping centers, Fisherman’s Village and downtown Punta Gorda.
