Harbor Springs hilltop home.

NEW IN 2025: EV charger! The space is 2 bdrms, 2 full baths & living area of my upstairs. I live on the main floor. There is a divider in the front entry to keep the spaces separate. There is a separate entrance for guests. My home is across the valley from the Highlands and 1/2 mile North of Nubs Nob entrance. 10-15 min. to Harbor Springs/Petoskey. To winter guests, the hill up to the house is very steep. 4 wheel/all wheel drive is necessary. The hot tubs and pools are part of my association.

Spacious End Unit ~ Near Skiing, Indoor Pool

Life is better at The Cove when staying at Cottage Cove! Brand new club house with Indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool - seasonal The best of what Harbor Cove offers. End unit, one of the largest with two masters, cul-de-sac w/private wooded views. Close to everything! Nubs, Boyne Highlands, Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Bay Harbor, Mackinac. Cottage Cove is our family vacation home, we welcome respectful families, couples & mature adults to enjoy as their own vacation home. NOT a party house.

LakeSide Club #59 across from heated indoor pool

One of the nicest units at LakeSide Club, this 3 BR, 3 full bath unit has loft with queen bed for added space. 2 of the BRs and baths on the main floor w/No Steps! Toski Sands Deli at entrance. Full kitchen w/ utensils & dishes, extra sheets, towels and full-size W/D. Minimal paper products provided. Near pool/hot tub & tennis courts, short walk to the lake & beach. Sorry NO PETS or Smokers. Renter MUST have good rating from previous Airbnb stays. Garage Not included. 3 Nites in summer.

Gorgeous, remodeled ski in/ski out condo, at base of Boyne Mountain. Perfect location at heart of all that Boyne Mountain has to offer. Short walk to Avalanche Bay Waterpark and everything else at the base of the Mtn. And, Pet Friendly. This is the location you have been hoping for. Very clean with outstanding amenities. Good hopping off point to Boyne City, Petosky, East Jordan, Charlevoix and Harbor Springs...Mackinaw Island only an hour away.
