Folly Beach is 7 miles away and home to beautiful beaches, surfing, fishing and wonderful food and nightlife. This rental is walking distance to 3 breakfast spots, a grocery store, great restaurants, bars and Dock Street Park. Cute, cozy and full of amenities in a family friendly neighborhood.

Dream Catcher Carriage House Daniel Island

Our carriage house apartment is located on a peaceful marsh on beautiful Daniel Island next to walking/biking paths. It is also walking distance to parks, shops, and restaurants. Daniel Island is approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the airport, downtown Charleston, and local beaches. All AirBnB rentals in Charleston & Daniel Island must have a business license. The application process was not easy but we did it! Dream Catcher's permit number is OP2018 00373.

Relax in this separate guest home nestled in a well-established Lowcountry neighborhood. The ‘treehouse’ has an open-plan design with vaulted notched board ceilings, creating a feeling of light and space, with elegant furnishings throughout. The well-equipped kitchen and grill on the porch encourages intimate home cooking. We lived in this space before we moved into the main house, so we can attest to it being comfortable, and well maintained.
