Luxury French gite, just outside the lovely market town of Aubeterre. Newly refurbished to a very high standard, with a large open-plan kitchen/family room , 3 Twin bedrooms (all with private shower/bath room). 10 x 5m HEATED (May and September other times on request at a charge) pool over looking open fields and large patio. Gîte 1 La Rame***

Awarded 3 stars by the France Tourism board. Our home lies in the nationale park Périgord-Limousin, close to 2 market towns. The apartment is part of an old farm dating from 1910, but it's newly refurbished, clean and comfortable with a king size bed. Situated in the country side, you'll find 20 hectare of grassland and forest to explore with a frog pond and even a small lake. If you get up early enough you might even see deer in the garden. We welcome everybody, singles, families, pets...

Adorable Cabane dans un espace boisé.

Cabane tout confort au milieu des arbres. Situé à la campagne, dans une zone boisée, la cabane, est à 3 min de toutes commodités (boulangerie, épicerie bio, supermarchés, enseigne de surgelés...) et à 3 min du coeur de ville de Saint-Junien, (marché hebdomadaire le samedi matin, halles couvertes, bars, restaurants, médecins, hôpital...). Elle se situe également à 10 min du centre de la mémoire d'Oradour Sur Glane et à 20 min de Limoges, ville d'Arts et de Feu, célèbre pour sa porcelaine.

Grande Maison familiale

Idéal pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Vastes chambres à l'étage et espaces communs conviviaux. Baby foot, ping pong, vidéo projecteur. À l’extérieur, jardin et terrasse couverte . Le charme de cette maison du XVIIIIe siècle réside aussi dans son emplacement à proximité d’une rivière avec plage aménagée, zone de loisirs et guinguette, à laquelle on accède directement depuis le jardin (clôturé) sans emprunter la route. Tous les commerces du quotidien sont accessibles à pied.

Great farmhouse for groups of friends and family. Part of a small estate of 5 gites. Plenty of space for everyone. With lots for all ages to do, including a large pool, games room, private fishing lake, bikes, fire pit, pizza evenings (summer only) Near to Villebois Lavalette and great base for Dordogne and Charente. 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, range cooker, and lovely antique dining table. Doors lead to a terrace with views down over the pool, play area, across the river valley.

A beautiful newly renovated Gite in a stunning location, near the Les Lacs de Haute Charente with Fishing , Horse riding, Canoe, Kayak, Pedalo,stand up paddle, and Adventure park with tree climbing zip wire bungee jump , Plan D'eau outdoor swimming pool beach with volleyball Cafe boating , Confolens, Angouleme,Cognac and many more just a 30min drive Dordogne is just over a hours drive . plenty to do and see but situated in a peaceful location in the beautiful Charente countryside .

Gite and first floor of the Mill House

"An excellent place for all to simply relax and enjoy the location and surrounding area. Visit some truly spectacular places, there are plenty of walks right on the doorstep including a path to the Grand Etang, this lake is one of the largest and most beautiful bodies of water in the department. Easy access to Nontron, famous for knife manufacture and the cities of Angouleme, Perigueux and Limoges are all equidistant with the latter being the closest airport at around an hours drive.

Riverside Retreat 3 at La ferme du lac

La Ferme du lac is situated down in a beautiful wooded valley and is totally secluded. There is peace and tranquility on the doorstep. We currently have an empty lake and but surrounded by a forest full of wildlife and birds galore. The area is renowned for Chateau, beautiful lakes and is a haven for children and adults alike. There are numerous walking and cycle paths. We are 50 minutes from Limoges (URL HIDDEN) The area is stunning and life here is all about relaxing.......
