It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Tranquil, deceivingly spacious and just a 2-3 minute walk from the beautiful award-winning Blue Flag sandy beach of Mablethorpe. The high street is only a 1 minute walk, where you will find fish and chip shops, ice cream parlour, Italian restaurant and a 1940s themed cafe. You have the entire house, 5 bedrooms, sleeping 8 people, plus a sofa bed sleeping a further 2. Parking for one car on the front. All required beach items for guests to use. A real home from home!

Mollie’s Cottage is a single-storey barn conversion located just a 10-minute walk from the sandy beach at Chapel Point. There is an enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing in after a busy days’ adventure. It makes a great base for a family holiday at the east coast. Outdoor pursuits nearby include good walks and cycle routes. Some areas of the beach are dog friendly. Beach ¾ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile. Ridge Cottage is situated on a quiet private road just 2 mins walk to the beautiful beach at Old Hunstanton and is next door to the well renowned Hunstanton Golf Course. The property offers the perfect base from which to explore all that the North Norfolk Coastline has to offer. There is ample parking at the cottage and many local restaurants and pubs within walking distance. We allow one well behaved dog, as the beach is perfect for dog walking.
