Thank you Melissa! We had a wonderful stay. Ran into some plumbing issues, but she was quick to respond and sent a plumber to fix the issue the same day. Beautiful home with a wonderful backyard area. 5⭐️ !!!

My husband and I stayed here while attending a wedding nearby and really enjoyed our stay! Hosts were easy to communicate with leading up to check in. Parking was convenient and abundant, and it was easy to get in through a private entrance. The place itself was cute, clean and well-kept. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area!

I had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The space was super cute, cozy, and looked exactly like the photos. It was very clean, with clear instructions for check-in and an easy checkout process. The place felt private, had great amenities, and the overall aesthetic was beautiful! I was really happy with the vibe. The only thing that caught me off guard was the gardener situation. While Charity did let me know they’d be coming sometime between 11 AM and 3 PM and mentioned they’d only stay for a couple of minutes, they ended up staying closer to 20 minutes. At one point, I thought they had finished and left, but they came back unexpectedly. I was also under the impression they’d be on the side of the house, but they came into the backyard where the outdoor bathtub and sauna is, without any entry warning. It just made things feel a little less private during that window of time. That being said, everything else about my stay was truly great, and I’d still recommend !

My family and I really enjoyed this beautiful property. The house was clean, nicely furnished and decorated, had comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms. The crib was especially cosy and nicely made up for my baby grandson. The kitchen was large enough for multiple persons to cook together, which we did for our family breakfasts. The outside was truly lovely and the heavenly scent of wisteria and orange blossom was everywhere on the rear patio, the front veranda and even on the bocce court. We had a great time and couldn’t have asked for more.

My wife and I were down in LA for a surgery and couldn't have found a better place to stay. It was close to Ventura Blvd where you can get access to some great places to eat or other groceries so you can cook at the house. We had an excellent time and Lisa, as a host, matched the excellence of this home. My wife and I have already discussed coming back down to visit and potentially bring some family along. You will not be disappointed!

We had a great time staying here. The hot tub was a huge benefit and we liked having two individual units. Everything was very clean and Kristy was super responsive and helpful

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

We visited for our honeymoon. What a wonderful week it was. Waking up every morning to the sound of waves crashing into the beach and watching the sunset over the ocean each evening. We walked to the pier in the mornings and had dinner at Nobu which is also a short walk away. This was one of the most fabulous experiences I have had on air bnb. Zero complaints about this most excellent spot!

Great place to stay for my husband and I during our trip to Santa Monica! It was exactly as advertised and very clean. Good location that was walking distance to the pier and the promenade. Included parking spot was a bonus.

Great place to stay for the week. Joesph was quick to respond to any questions that we had and was one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Betten waren wirklich super bequem! Die Lage ist super, es ist ruhig, aber die Restaurants und Shops sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit den Nachbarn, aber Landon & Evie haben super reagiert. Wir können die Wohnung der beiden auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Nos gustó mucho hospedarnos en este apartamento, demasiado acogedor y cómodo. Muy limpio y es perfecto para dos personas. Veníamos de un viaje largo y pudimos descansar todas las noches sin problema.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'appartement est comme sur les photos. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, l'hôte est réactive et disponible. Le logement est très bien situé à environ 30 minutes de Malibu - Universal Studio - Santa Monica - Berverly Hills - Hollywood... JE RECOMMANDE, I L♥️VE IT 😉🇺🇲

We had a wonderful stay at Norma's Casa Azul! We went to sleep every night to the sound of the waves and woke up to sunshine! We will be back for sure!

Visited with my daughter and we enjoyed our stay. The location offered several good restaurants, a wonderful coffee shop and world class bakery nearby. Close to the beach and promenades. Very responsive and convenient communication with host.

We enjoyed our time here very much.. . It felt welcoming and cozy from the moment we arrived. Suneetha is a fantastic host she is very responsive, friendly, and puts so much care into making her guests feel comfortable. It was truly a great experience. Thank you Suneetha!

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

absolutely STUNNING!!!! pictures do not do this place justice and the waves that crash up makes the world's most peaceful sleep!!! My husband LOVED the shower the water pressure was the best and the water got super hot! beds were comfy, everything was clean and neat, parking was private and everything was exceptional!! thank you so much

Shamim’s place was perfect. It’s a really nice condo in a cute neighborhood. Hueneme beach is indeed only a 5 minute walk from the condo and is a really beautiful beach. The club house indoor pool and hot tub were also a great bonus for our stay. We really appreciate the clear instructions before our arrival and the amenities were nice. The beds were comfortable and the living room with the large tv was nice for a family movie night one evening. The condo is also close to Point Magu State Park which was another highlight of our trip hiking and checking out tide pools. We had a really nice stay and a fantastic trip!

place was so nice and so clean, anything that we would’ve needed to use was also there!! clear intrusions on how to enter and such a cozy place overall :)
