A large deck has space for lounging, or relax in the hot tub. The large living room, dining room and kitchen give plenty of space for any family or group.

Well equipped kitchen, bedding, linens, coffee/tea, toiletries are included.

Our Kabin is a newly renovated, all-season, boutique 4 bedroom cottage (approx. 1,500 sq ft) with many details and features that we are excited to share with you. Located at the water's edge, the Kabin has beautiful south-eastern exposure, overlooking Lake Paudash. Water can be accessed by the gently sloping sandy beachfront or from our brand new dock. Just over 2 hours away from Toronto, but the scenic Hwy 28 makes the time fly by. We just LOVE our place and are certain that you will too!

This tiny luxury 2 bedroom cottage with loft is perfect for a romantic couple or small family getaway. Nestled on 1.5 acres among majestic trees and granite outcrops, creates beautiful views from the deck with BBQ, fire pit, hot tub or massive windows throughout the cottage. Water dam and river across the road create relaxing waterfall sounds that are heard from deck or enjoy it close up from the private shoreline deck and dock. Explore the Muskoka River on the kayak, SUP or river tubes.

The cottage is centrally located on Chandos Lake, just 2.5 hours from Toronto and 15 minutes away from the quaint town of Apsley. In the winter, spend a cosy day indoors or enjoy time outdoors. Two cross country ski/snowshoe locales—Kawartha Nordic Ski Club and Silent Lake Provincial Park—are within a half-hour drive.

Our beautiful cottage is situated right at the waters edge. The water is both child friendly being able to walk at the shore line or great for dive in off of the end of the dock. Enjoy sun all day & then enjoy the breathtaking sunsets from the western facing dock. All the water toys! Kayaks, tubes, stand up, paddle board, & Floats to enjoy the crystal clean water. Amenities in the area: LCBO, Home Hardware, Convince store - with some groceries available, Golf, Conservation area.
