The beautiful pool is heated from March 2026. Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Wattlegate Cottage is a charming converted carthouse on a traditional working farm in the heart of the South Downs National Park. A peaceful retreat for couples, walkers, and cyclists, it offers modern comforts and an enclosed private garden, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the South Downs or cycling the Downs Link Path. Just off the A27, the cottage is ideally placed for visiting Brighton, Lewes, Arundel, Steyning, and the many picturesque villages nearby.

South Downs Country Cottage

The White House in steyning is a period cottage arranged over split levels with direct access to footpaths leading to the South Downs Way. Located on a quiet country lane offering a rural and tranquil setting within a 5 min walking distance to the beautiful historic market town of Steyning with its many shops, restaurants, pubs and regular farmers markets. The White House enjoys a lovely private garden with far reaching views, a courtyard and bbq and seating area.

Furbelows. Sea View Apartment, Lancing Beach

Furbelows is a three bedroom apartment at Perch House, directly on the beach at Lancing. There is no road between you and the sea, just the pebbles, which is the whole point. Sea views from two sides and a south facing balcony. Sleeps six, two bathrooms. Two of the single beds can be made up into a double, just ask when you book. The Perch cafe is on the ground floor and every flat has a fob for the gym. Named after furbelows, a seaweed that grows off this coast.
