It is attached to our family home, a large detached period property set within a garden of circa 1.5 acres. It is located off a quiet country lane with far reaching views across the valley and easy access to local walks. Local amenities in walking distance include 3 village pubs, shop, chemist, children's play park and 2 cafes/bakeries. One small dog is welcome.

Minnow Cottage is a beautiful 200 year old Cotswold cottage set on a little stream in the charming and quirky village of Chalford . Although petite in stature, the cottage oozes character with low ceilings and beams and has all the qualities needed if you are looking for a rural retreat or romantic break. There is a village shop and cafe all within a few minutes walk. The property has its own parking and all the amenities to make it a great base from which to explore the Cotswolds.

The Stableyard

Nestling within the beautiful golden valley in the heart of the Cotswolds is The Stableyard, a recently converted stable building positioned next to a 16th century mill owner's house, The Old Valley Inn. The Stableyard is the perfect, peaceful place for a couple to unwind and enjoy this fantastic area, which boasts a picturesque canal path and walks a plenty. Not that easy to find. Walnut Cottage lies in the heart of Chalford Valley in the Cotswolds. It is set in a large garden beside the clear, trout filled River Frome. Nearby is the disused Thames Severn Canal with its delightful paths to Sapperton and Stroud. There is also a wide variety of beautiful wooded, grassland and meadow walks. The cottage is self contained, beautifully presented and in the heart of the very friendly village of Chalford with delightful village shop. secure off-road parking.

With a comfortable lounge and well equipped kitchen downstairs, luxurious bedroom and en suite shower room upstairs and suntrap terrace for morning coffee it is ideal for 2 but can take 4 at a squeeze.
