Ολοκαίνουριο πανέμορφο σπίτι με όλες τις ανέσεις. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με πάρκινγκ μπροστά από το σπίτι. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται μόλις πέντε λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το κέντρο. Επίσης βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο Δημοτικό Στάδιο Χαλκίδας και το ΚΤΕΛ. Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση βρίσκονται υποκαταστήματα τραπεζών, ψησταριές, καφετέριες και super markets. Amazing and Cosy flat in the centre of Chalkida

Fantastic and cosy 1 bedroom flat/studio in the heart of Chalkida in Evia Island. The apartment (2nd floor Lift Access), it's in a great location on the main yacht harbour of Evripos. The flat is ideally located seconds away from the nicest restaurants, bars, coffee places, banks, stores and supermarkets. It is also a maximum 10 minutes walk from the main train station that links Athens and the Airport with Chalkida (just 94km/1hr drive). The flat is very secure while building contains lift.
