I am Andriana, half Swiss, half Greek and I am your host. Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.

Enjoy sunsets in a fully equipped, renovated and independent 80m2 apartment with your family and friends next to the sea. The house has an independent entrance, private parking, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a living room and a balcony with view at the sea. Επίσης στα 150 μετρά υπάρχει κρεοπωλείο φούρνος και μίνι μάρκετ για την κάλυψη των αναγκών σας. Υπάρχουν σε περιφραγμένο χώρο κότες και κουνελάκια. Το σπίτι προσφέρεται για ήσυχες και ευχάριστες διακοπές. -Το αεροδρομιο του αραξου βρισκεται 30 λεπτα απο το χωρο διαμονης.

Πανέμορφο και ήρεμο εξοχικό σπίτι στα αργυρά αχαίας, σε ένα πολύ γραφικό χωριό στούς πρόποδες του Παναχαϊκού,με θέα τον πατραϊκό κόλπο,μόλις 14 χλμ απο το κέντρο της Πάτρας και 8 χιλιόμετρα απο τον Αγίο βασίλη και την παραλία. Στον δρόμο Αργυρά – Σελλά υπάρχουν αρκετές ταβέρνες με πολύ καλο φαγητό. Λοιπές αποστάσεις : 8 χλμ απο το Πανεπιστημιακό Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Πατρών 8,5 χλμ απο την Πανεπιστημιούπολη του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών.
