Absolutely stunning location! The view and surroundings are so beautiful! The house is simple but we had no problems with hot water and electricity. Communication with Marcos was easy and he gave us local contacts because he was not around. We didn't need them, but it was good to know. Thank you for sharing the place!

I stayed at Driss' house with my family and it was really perfect. The appartment is located inside a complex that has security guard in the entrance. Very clean, green and has two swimming pools! Driss is an extremely nice person who was very responsive and helpful for us. His place is spotless clean, comfortable equipped with all the necessary amenities and equipments. He provided clean sheets and pillows. The Appartment has an outstanding View on the garden and pool. There is also a smart TV for a cozy moment with family. I highly recommend Driss ' place for a stay in Martil or the neighbouring towns.

Le logement a dépassé mes attentes et était encore mieux que les photos. C'était propre, confortable et j'avais tout le nécessaire. L'hôte a été réactif et serviable. Vivement recommandé !

We spent two wonderful relaxing days in Susan’s beach house. It’s literally a one minute walk to the seafront. We enjoyed strolling into the old town via the promenade which took about 20 mins. The house has a lovely homely feel about it and Susan was friendly and gave us info on local events.

Het huis was heel fijn, werkelijk alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben was aanwezig. Rafa ontving ons midden in de nacht wat echt bijzonder was. We konden makkelijk met hem communiceren hij reageerde altijd snel. Zeker een aanrader!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und man hat alles, was man benötigt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr kommunikativ und hat schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Die Wohnung ist Strand-und zentrumsnah, dass man alle Wege zu Fuß erledigen kann. Wir waren zu fünft (2E, 3K) in der Unterkunft und hatten genug Platz. Ein großer Parkplatz (frei) ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt- der Weg dorthin führt am Strand lang. Einen Supermarkt gibt es auch in der Nähe, welcher fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Kommen gern wieder.

Apartment: excellent! Very comfortable and practical! Direct access from parking to the apartment. Amenities: no details left out. Was like going to a hotel. Could not be any better! Host: extremely friendly, proactive and available for any needs we might have!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à cabo negro. Endroit paisible et calme. Marwan est un hôte disponible et nous a bien accueilli à l'arrivée.

Moderne neue kleine Wohnung in einem schönen Stil in einer Wohnanlage direkt am Strand, der ideal für Kite Surfing ist. Bei Flut gibt es keinen Sandstrand mehr für Badegäste, die sich sonnen möchten, aber man kann herrlich am endlosen Strand spazieren gehen. Die Betten sind bequem. Das Doppelbett ist 150m breit, weswegen netterweise für uns auch das Sofabett im Wohnzimmer vorbereitet wurde. Die Bäder sind hübsch und klein, vor allem die Waschbecken sind winzig, die Duschen sind gut. In der Küche ist außer einem Wasserkocher alles was man braucht. Zum coolen hübschen historischen Zentrum von Tarifa etwa 10-12 Minuten Fußweg. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und er war hilfsbereit.

On a passé un excellent séjour , très belle appartement propre disposant tout ce qui faut , trop bien situé avec une vue époustouflante. Et bien sure on a bien apprécié le grand support à temps du Mariam et surtout ses parents qui nous ont très bien accueilli. On a bien apprécié. Merci à vous.

Layla was exceptionally accommodating throughout my stay, making me feel genuinely welcomed at her property. The premises were impeccably clean and boasted stunning views, with a swimming pool and beach conveniently located just seconds away. Additionally, the security of the property was outstanding. I highly recommend this establishment.

Le logement très bien situé, pas beaucoup d’activités aux alentours mais une vue magnifique et endroit très calme, petit problème avec un service qui était marqué mais je ne savais pas que c’était payant, donc situation embarrassante avec le gentil monsieur, merci de le préciser sur votre annonce

Debo decir que estos anfitriones puede que sean los más educados que me he encontrado nunca. Hemos viajado y dormido en varios alojamientos y la amabilidad , educación y cariño de los anfitriones de esta casa son maravillosos. (Yassine muchas gracias) También tengo que destacar la limpieza, estaba todo perfecto, ni una gota de polvo, las camas , baños, cocina… etc todo perfecto. También increíblemente a pesar de no tener aire acondicionado la casa es fresca y fría aunque fuera haga mucho calor, la casa por su arquitectura se mantiene siempre fresca (a excepción de los dos dormitorios de la última planta) todas las estancias son frescas y cómodas. Tiene vistas al mar y La ubicación es excelente, pegado a Kabila. La urbanización nos ha gustado mucho, es muy familiar. Y el jardín que tiene la casa justo a las zonas comunes son sitios ideales para que los niños jueguen mientras te echas una siesta. Muchas gracias! volveremos!

I had a wonderful stay at Najia's home! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect – close to the beach (in front) and restaurants... which made it easy to explore Belyounech and places around. Najia was very responsive and accommodating, providing great local tips and making check-in and check-out a breeze. emplacement exceptionnel. Je vous conseille de faire appelle à la cuisinière qui fait de très bon plat (couscous tajine).. je ne dirai pas que le logement est fait pour 10 personnes car des couchages sont ouverts sur le séjour. 3 chambres, idéal 6 personnes.

Super hôte, super appartement, bien placé, littéralement à une minute de la plage! Nous reviendrons !
