Absolutely stunning views and a beautiful, well appointed home! We loved our stay here and found Suzy to be incredibly friendly and helpful! We would love to stay again and highly recommend.

We spent 6 days in Silvia’s apartment, and she made us feel very welcome. She even had some toys for the kids (4 and 6) and offered to bring more when we had a couple of rainy days. The place was very clean and had two nice private areas outside. Very central, but still a quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen is small but has all the basics. Silvia had great tips for restaurants and activities and was a great host. We loved our stay!

We werden zeer hartelijk verwelkomd door Franscesca met een lekker hapje en een drankje. In het huisje vonden we alles wat we nodig hadden. Het is heerlijk rustig gelegen, wat wil zeggen dat je de kronkelende weggetjes van de Toscaanse heuvels erbij horen. Wij huurden één dagje Vespa’s in Castellina in Chianti, bezochten Firenze met de trein en gingen ook paardrijden (Crazy Horse Ranch). Natuurlijk genoten we ook van een bezoek aan de wijn- en omijfgaard Il Colle. We rijden dus met extra lekkers naar huis! 🍷🫒

Останавливались во второй половине апреля 2025 года. Дом в идеальном состоянии, окружен красивейшими пейзажами, оливковой рощей, многоцветием первоцветов, с террасы открывается вид на противоположный склон соседней горы и на луг по которому периодически выходили на прогулку косули. Многоголосье птиц радовало слух. Жилье оборудовано всем необходимым и даже больше, включая чудесный фарфор, разнообразное стекло и хрусталь и всю необходимую кухонную утварь. Пространство грамотно разделено на две зоны, зоной кухни и гостиной с замечательным интерьером и уютным камином, и зоной спален с удобными спальными местами. Рикардо (хозяин) приложил немало усилий для создания атмосферы, попадая в которую, чувствуешь себя как дома. Так же присутствует зона BBQ со всем необходимым для приготовления любых блюд. И что еще впечатлило, это организация дровяного отопления, которое позволяет автономно поддерживать в доме комфортный температурный режим, когда на улице прохладно.

Wir (Ehepaar und drei Hunde) haben in dem kleinen Paradies von Lorenzo & Monica in jeder Beziehung ein tolles Ferienerlebnis gehabt. Das Haus: mit viel Liebe, Sorgfalt und Stolz gepflegt, bietet Platz innen und im Garten sowie Privatsphäre. Die Lage: auf dem kleinen Hügel genug weit weg vom Trubel der Touristen unten an der Promenade, aber nah genug beim Meer (300m, kleine Strasse den Hang hinunter), umgeben von viel Grün und Natur. Die Gastgeber: flexibel, höflich und kommunikativ (Lorenzo, mit ihm wurde die Buchung vereinbart) sowie charmant, hilfsbereit und Gastgeberin aus Passion (Monica, die nebenan mit ihrer Familie wohnt). Vielleicht ist es besser, wenn wir jetzt mit dem Lob stoppen, weil wir gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen wollen - und nicht möchten, dass es keinen Platz mehr gibt...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

This was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and private with beautiful views. Lots of wonderful villages to visit and explore within a 30 minute drive. Norma made some great reservations for our anniversary dinner as well as a couple of great wine tours. She also gave us recommendations of which villages were best to visit and what to do there. We highly recommend doing the cooking lessons with her family. They are such a nice family and were very eager to show us how to cook a traditional Tuscan meal. Grandma really is an amazing cook. They even sat with us as a family to share what we had cooked. We have been to many AirBnB’s and Norma has been our best host by far. We would go back the next time we visit Tuscany. Dave and Liz

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni davvero piacevoli in questo appartamento, perfetto per una vacanza con una bimba piccola. L’alloggio era pulitissimo, accogliente e situato in una posizione comodissima: vicinissimo al lungomare per le passeggiate, ma anche il centro si raggiunge facilmente a piedi. Il parcheggio e il garage sono stati super comodi: si può parcheggiare all’arrivo e dimenticarsi dell’auto, perché tutto è a portata di mano : ristoranti, negozi, servizi. Un grazie speciale a Gabriele, preciso, gentile e sempre disponibile a rispondere a ogni mia domanda. Consigliatissimo, e sicuramente un posto in cui tornerei volentieri.

Wir hatten eine wirklich wundervolle Zeit. Haben sehr spontan gebucht und waren begeistert, hätten sehr gerne noch verlängert. Die Familie ist wahnsinnig lieb, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir waren mit Baby und Hund vor Ort, für beide war es ein kleines Paradies. Wir kommen definitiv nochmal zurück! Alles ist genau wie beschrieben, uns fehlte es an nichts. Der Pool ist auch grandios und war eine perfekte Abkühlung!

Stanovanje je ravno prav veliko ima vse kar potrebuješ. To, da ni klime ni noben problem saj ima ventilatorje in zunanjo teraso, ki je večino dneva v senci. Na oknih so komarniki tako da smo imele čez noč lahko odprta okna. Kuhinja je zelo dobro opremljena. Tuš je nekoliko zoperen za uporabo, ampak se da normalno tuširati. Morje je zelo blizu, kot tudi mnoge restavracije, trgovina in pekarna. Center mesta je oddaljen 10 minut z avtobusom ki pelje zelo pogosto. Na splošno smo se imeli super.

Appartamento comodissimo per raggiungere a piedi il centro e la spiaggia, a pochi metri dalla stazione ferroviaria in zona tranquilla. Abbiamo trovato una pulizia eccezionale sia negli ambienti sia la biancheria delle camere e del bagno. Presente una bottiglia di vino di benvenuto e acqua in frigo. L'host Nicole fin dalla prenotazione si è dimostrata cordiale e gentile e si è resa disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno, che è stato molto piacevole

Il soggiorno nell'alloggio di Mario è stato molto confortevole. Ho apprezzato la pulizia dell'appartamento e il fatto che ci sia stata la possibilità di un check-in e di un check-out davvero flessibile e anche l'ottima comunicazione. Appartamento davvero consigliato in un territorio splendido per le passeggiate in montagna.

Ottima posizione, perfetta per raggiungere la fiera, vicina a ristoranti , farmacia, bar ed a pochi passi dal mare. Casa perfettamente accessoriata, silenziosa, calda e pulita. Mara è stata meravigliosamente accogliente. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento! A presto Mara😉

4 giorni di vera pace, trovare libero quest appartamento e' stata una vera fortuna, i proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili ,nella casa c era tutto cio che serve a disposizione ,pulizia impeccabile ,posizione ottima anche per spostarsi a piedi. da rifare altre 1000 volte.grazie!

Genuinely one of the best air bnbs i have stayed in. The location is unmatched, the space is beautifully renovated, the house was very very clean and had everything we needed.

We had the loveliest time at Sophie’s (and George’s) apartment in Rimbocchi. Beautifully furnished, well equipped, tucked away in the casentine mountains - all in all perfect for a quiet and peaceful stay. Lots of beautiful hiking routes just a stone’s throw away. Plus: a little bakery, renowned in the area, just across the street = fresh bread every morning :) we enjoyed every minute in Rimbocchi. Thanks so much - we will be back!

Unser Aufenthalt im Apartment von Luca war traumhaft schön! Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, geräumig und sauber. Sie entspricht zu 100% den Beschreibungen und liegt sehr ruhig! Innerhalb von 2 Minuten ist man am Strand und an Einkaufsläden, Restaurants, etc. Die Kommunikation mit Luca hat durchweg sehr gut funktioniert. Selbst abends ist er auf unsere Anliegen eingegangen und hat uns zu jeder Zeit weitergeholfen. Luca ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, der es sehr wohl zu verstehen weiß, seinen Gästen wunderschöne Urlaubstage zu bereiten. Er ist freundlich, geduldig und super sympathisch. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel endroit. La ferme comporte plusieurs appartements avec chacun leur intimité. La piscine était très propre et chaude, il y avait de l’ombre à disposition et une douche et des toilettes juste à côté. L’appartement était comme sur les photos, il n’y avait pas de climatisation mais il faisait bien frais à l’intérieur la journée. Quelques jours avant notre arrivée, Isabella nous a envoyé toutes les informations nécessaires et c’est son frère Piero qui nous a très bien accueillis lors de notre arrivée. Le logement était très propre, la cuisine bien équipée et des linges de bain étaient fournis. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir dans les alentours, nous avons même eu des recommandations à disposition. Dans l’ensemble nous sommes vraiment contents et nous recommandons vivement cet établissement!

Siamo stati qualche giorno nell’appartamento di Yuri e ci siamo trovati benissimo, è stato un dispiacere solo dover andare via! La casina è adatta a tre persone, la cucina attrezzata, il bagno pulito e dotato di biancheria di ricambio. Non c’è l’aria condizionata ma non se ne è sentito la mancanza, nonostante il caldo di agosto. L’accesso alla spiaggia libera è comodissimo e di fronte a casa. Yuri si è dimostrato super disponibile fin da subito e ci ha dato un sacco di consigli su spiagge, posti da visitare e indicazioni sulle attività limitrofe. Ci ha lasciato a disposizione anche due biciclette, utilissime per piccoli spostamenti! Ho apprezzato molto anche il consiglio sulla tartare di tonno (speciale!) che fanno nel ristorante che è proprio accanto all’abitazione! Speriamo di poter tornare il prossimo anno!

abbiamo soggiornato per il ponte del primo maggio , appartamento molto carino ristrutturato da poco con due camere praticamente sul mare, pulito e confortevole. host gentile e reattivo nelle richieste, sicuramente da consigliare

Everyone comments on the noise of the train. We hardly noticed it. The windows are sound proof when closed. Great black out curtains too in the bedroom. Had a lovely stay. Great coffee shop nearby and found some exceptional restaurants. Great recommendations by host. Loved it So nice to have olive oil, milk, balsamic and some staples in the house - thank you! Nice bedding too! Would we stay again? In a heartbeat. The cycling was fantastic and we for fit lugging our bikes up the 2 flights of stairs ha ha.
