The Farm House

The Farmhouse circa 1939 is lovingly refreshed, leaving character and charm, adding 21st century conveniences. A peaceful setting of several acres and pastures of sheep. Bird watching, star gazing, sunrises and sunsets. Relax in rocking chairs or porch swing. The grape arbor is perfect for alfresco dining. Under the stately pecan trees are saucer swings. A sleeping porch is where working remotely has never been better. Enjoy a stroll around the property to check out the sheep & working dogs.

Blu Grace Farm Apartment

Our barndo is located on our quaint 10 acre farm. The barn sits in the center of two pastures overseeing highland cows, horses, alpaca, donkeys, sheep and ducks. A cup of coffee, the sound of the rooster crowing while rocking under the awning is an experience in itself. Pet and feed the livestock during your visit. We are conveniently located near several wedding venues in historic Marion county and just an hour from Myrtle Beach. This is a rustic and peaceful farm experience you won’t forget.

Lakefront Retreat Nature Escape

Welcome to the Little Blue Heron! Relax and restore, or get your creative juices flowing at this nature sanctuary. Lake front cottage at Lake Waccamaw with canal views in the back. Great for wading, boating, or swimming in the summer and bird watching and soaking up the peaceful views in the winter. Watch the sun rise over the lake from the King bed in the master bedroom! Perfect for artists, those looking to reflect or re-connect, or short getaways. Up to 2 dogs allowed, woof! ($50 fee)

Get a slice of peaceful lakefront living in this welcoming Aframe home with spectacular views! Awake each morning to the sun rising over the lake, then fill the day playing on your own private sandy beach, kayaking, fishing, or birdwatching. Take a short walk to the deeper lake for a refreshing swim or go for hike at Bay Tree Lake State Park which is right around the corner. Whip up a fabulous meal in the large open kitchen and end the evening with s’mores by the fire and unbelievable stars!

Adorable Downtown lodging-dogs welcome! Apt.102

This 1-bedroom & 1- bathroom is perfect for 1 or 2 guests. It’s in the heart of downtown so you may hear some traffic but it’s our most popular place! It has black out curtains, a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker & a dining table. There’s a restaurant/bar downstairs so you may also hear some noise during their hours of operation.. they close Tues-Thur@ 8:00pm Fri -Sat@ 9:00pm & closed on Sun. & Mon. We were having WiFi issues but thankfully that's now been resolved and works great!!

Chauffeur’s Apartment on Historic Property

Enjoy the former chauffeur's quarters located on the grounds of our National Register of Historic Places property with access to the tranquil gardens of the Manor House. The kitchen is complete and the comfortable full-sized bed should provide a good night's rest. Downtown activities are within easy walking distance. There are multiple seating areas to enjoy the extensive gardens on the one acre grounds that are shared with the main property. We cannot host guests under the age of 16.

River Birch Bungalow sleeps 9 (near by fishing)
