The Hope is a spacious Cotswolds stone house dating from the 17th Century, in the beautiful South Cotswolds. It has recently been fully renovated and is located in a quintessential Cotswold village. The house is connected to my half of the house but you will have total privacy with your own separate entrance, private garden perfect for al fresco dining and access to our tennis court. Enjoy walking, cycling or horse riding nearby. Close to Cirencester town, water parks and traditional gastro pubs

Sunset View/Lakeside Retreat/Hot Tub/Paddle Boards

Sunset View is our cherished family holiday home, nestled in the heart of the Cotswold Lakes. A luxurious Scandinavian style lake house, the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy spacious open-plan living that flows seamlessly onto a large sun deck with direct access to the tranquil lake. Spend the days paddling on the water, firing up the BBQ or simply soaking up the surroundings. In the evenings, sink into the hot tub with a glass in hand and take in the stunning views as the sun sets over the water.

Kingfisher Lodge, Isis Lake in Cotswold Lakes

Kingfisher Lodge is a lovely lakeside holiday lodge set on the gated Isis & Windrush Lakes holiday home development with excellent on-site facilities & watersports nearby. It is fully equipped for self-catering & sleeps up to 6 in 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & a lovely decking area with BBQ. Great for short breaks or week-long family holidays. Kingfisher Lodge is located in the beautiful Cotswold Lakes area & close to Cirencester. A great base to enjoy this wonderful lakeland area in the Cotswolds.

'Churnside' is a comfortable, home-from-home New England style holiday lodge set in a SW facing location on Windrush Lake. It is part of a gated site within the picturesque Cotswold Water Park with many footpaths, cycle tracks & other activities. Bring your own paddle-boards & kayaks (or hire locally from Cotswold Paddleboard Co. who deliver to your door!!) to take advantage of direct access on to Windrush Lake for non-motorised water sports. Or fish on both Windrush and (adjacent) Isis lakes.

A 3 bedroom New England style lakeside holiday cottage on Isis lake located within the Cotswold Water Park. Isis Lake is a family friendly small holiday park that offers large green open spaces, well manicured gardens, and a wide selection of activities. The house offers open plan living, with patio doors opening out onto a private lakeside sun deck. The master bedroom boasts a double height French window with excellent views of lakes and gardens with a lovely en-suite.

The Old Bakery At The Grange

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.

The cottages can be booked separately or all together to accommodate a group of up to 14.
