Cozy home with a nice backyard. Perfect for a quiet evening enjoying some wine by the fire outside while you can hear the sound of the water in the pond. Great for a couples getaway or families traveling. We are close to everything...5 minutes to the freeway 99 and about 10 min to downtown Modesto. We are 20 min from Turlock and 15 min from Manteca. Walking distance to Save Mart shopping center, restaurants, etc We have a gardener that comes on Thursday mornings and mows front and backyard

One of the bedrooms listed is upstairs in a gaming tower, filled with entertainment options!! Also if you love animals as much as we do, you can help feed our furry and feathered friends .Either way....Prepare to fall in love!

Named after our first grandson, Damon's Hideaway is brand new construction (2023) that's designed to be unique and with a style all its own. We are former antique dealers and have tried to incorporate that interest in the whimsical decor. Whether desiring to kick back and relax or prepare a meal for a group, or both, this living space can easily accommodate. The Heart of the Valley: Smart Modern Farmhouse

The Heart of the Valley takes it's name after what the city of Turlock represents to the Central Valley, it's heart. I wanted to use this as inspiration to create a home the embodied this. I worked closely with local interior designer, Marísela Rodríguez, to come up with a home design where guest can enjoy the convenience of modern technology while still having that warm, welcoming feeling a farmhouse has to offer.
