Wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the warmth and hospitality of the owner, whose passion for creating a meaningful experience stands out. What makes this place truly special is the unique project the owner has developed—an inspiring farm-to-table approach that brings out the very best of Puerto Rican cuisine. Nearly everything served is grown or sourced locally, with a clear dedication to sustainability and quality. I highly recommend El Pretexto.

The location was excellent as close to lots of attractions. Crystal was very responsive, the place was cleaned, the food fantastic and peaceful. I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to stay ata a peaceful place and excellent. Certainly coming back

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this property and the host. From the beginning the host was very informative on directions, with pictures and clear instructions. The road to the house is curvy and up the mountain, but the roads were freshly paved and extra wide. Google maps took us right to the driveway. The host suggested we stop in town before heading up to get some basics for our stay, so we could enjoy it and not be worried about the 15 minute drive back to the store. Of every place in the world I have stayed, this is by far my favorite. It is an open air villa, with amazing views and extremely peaceful. The birds in the day were relaxing and sleeping to the nature sounds at night made for an amazing nights sleep. I felt so refreshed after a 2 night stay, but I literally could have moved in and never left. The host had great recommendations. One place we found in addition that I would highly recommend would be Ainad's Coffee shop for brunch and coffee.

Gloria’s Airbnb exceeded all expectations! Cayey’s mountains and its surroundings were absolutely beautiful—peaceful, serene, and the cool weather made the stay even more perfect. The house itself was spotless, with not a single thing out of place. From the high-end, incredibly comfortable beds and linens to the fully stocked amenities, absolutely nothing was missing. Everything was thoughtfully curated for a perfect stay. And the view… simply breathtaking. This is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. I can’t wait to come back!

The place was a beautiful oasis, close enough to eat in Guayama but still has a peaceful and relaxing feeling. It was a great place to unwind from daily life and live more in nature. Any concerns were handled quickly and options were discussed. We lost water due to the local city having issues and was offered other accommodations if needed. We decided to thankfully stay as the water was back on before that night.
