Remodeled apartment with minimalist style. Very warm and comfortable (1st floor via stairs). The apartment is perfectly located in the emblematic La Latina/El Rastro neighborhood of Madrid. 600m from Plaza Mayor and Mercado de San Miguel. You can walk to the Reina Sofía museum and the Royal Palace with beautiful views from the Segovia bridge. Very quiet neighborhood on weekdays, with cafes and cultural centers. Busy on Sundays due to the wonderful atmosphere of the centenary Rastro market
