Just moments from the beach, it offers a private and comfortable retreat with home-style amenities, including a fully equipped kitchenette, lounge w/ TV, bathroom with washing machine & a huge yard with a barbecue. The flat also features a double bed and a separate bedroom with a king bed and space for an extra single mattress if requested.

Nearby grab a coffee, a meal, take your furry friend for a run on the dog friendly beaches (plural). Just relax this holiday you deserve it.

Berne St Treehouse

Nestled in a serene residential cul-de-sac, just a brief 5-minute drive from the beach, local shops, and public transportation, this studio retreat offers a cozy atmosphere. With a small kitchen, small loungeroom, bathroom, and a private deck overlooking the breathtaking national park and Terrigal/Wamberal. Our space is not suitable for parties. We value the peace and harmony of our neighbourhood and hope that you will relish the opportunity to unwind and recharge in our tranquil treetop haven.

There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

Situated just 1.15 hours drive from Sydney the Boathouse is ideal for couples looking for a weekend away or families looking for privacy and an alternative to hotels. We reside upstairs to be available for our guests needs and for any minor maintenance issues that may inadvertently arise during your stay. The nearby Lakes Beach is only 5 minutes drive or 25 minute leisurely walk through the Golf Course on a dedicated pathway.
