Private Hot Tub Getaway

A charming mill cottage in the woods by the river Mimram, with exclusive garden and log burning hot tub under the trees and many footpath walks to traditional gastro pubs. This hidden gem is less than an hour from London but also a short walk to local villages and pubs. The kitchen is well stocked and breakfast is provided. Trained dogs welcome with details, but not dog fenced. Children over two count as a guest. Also listed with a second bedroom available at a different price on Airbnb.

The Cottage at the Old Rectory

Cosy 3 bed grade 2 listed cottage attached to an Old Rectory, our family home set in over 7 acres of formal gardens and woodlands. The cottage has its own private garden area with tables and chairs, BBQ and fire pit. We also have a newly refurbished tennis court which we are happy for guests to use by arrangement. There are public footpaths accessed from the property. Unlimited secure off road parking. Close to Hitchin, Stevenage and Letchworth. London and Cambridge 30mins by train.

A very spacious 1 bedroom cottage in a rural setting. The cottage offers a large kitchen, shower room, plus a very spacious bedroom with a King size bed. There is a private, gated entrance and free parking. Harpenden Town centre is located 3 miles away, with frequent direct trains into central London, St Pancras. Harpenden has all the local amenities you expect, including coffee shops, independent shops and great restaurants. London Luton Airport is only a 10 minute car journey away.

Spacious, historic 6 bedroom stone house In Olney

We are in the beautiful, bustling market town called Olney which is very lively throughout the day and then very quiet after midnight. Our lovely Grade 2 listed house is 400 years old, with many character features . It is stone built, making it cosy in the Winter and ice cool in the Summer. It has 6 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 staircases and a peaceful, huge and gorgeous garden at the rear. The house is ideal for families/children/friends/hens/ groups of guys working away.

Five star reviews... peaceful self contained home nestled in the oldest part of Renhold, Bedford. Next to our thatched cottage and with a peaceful garden just for you and gorgeous country walks, you’ll feel at home in the heart of the country. A parking space is just by the barn. You get the annex to yourself, with WiFi, a well equipped kitchen, open plan lounge and dining space. The double bedroom includes a smart TV, crisp fresh sheets, towels and ensuite.

Well Cottage

Well Cottage was created in 2017 from the former wash-house and bakery for Townsend Farm, dating from 1858. It is fronted by an authentic pebble courtyard and stands, together with the farmhouse, in a romantic English country garden. It is warm, comfortable and refurbished to a high standard. The view to the rear is across cultivated farmland. The garden opens to the public under the National Garden Scheme to raise money for nursing and health charities.

The White Cottage Romantic Riverside Retreat

Grade 2 listed Tudor cottage with amazing inglenook fireplace. Large riverside garden (previously featured in the NGS) plus use of a hot tub in grounds. Ideal for longer stays with excellent commuter links for London, Harpenden, St Albans and Stevenage. Relax and enjoy footpath walks, including the Ayot Green Way, to gastro pubs. A character cottage in the heart of Woburn, close to restaurants, village store, Woburn Abbey and Safari Park. Woburn Golf Club is a short drive away. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, original brick fireplace, exposed beams and a comfortable super king bed. Extra sofa bed if needed. There is a ground floor bathroom with bath, a small rear garden with seating and a summerhouse with sofa where you can relax overlooking the garden.
