King size Industrial Studio with patio close to UW

Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Brand new kitchen, equipped with an oven, fridge and dishwasher. Fully stocked. The bed is a king size memory foam mattress on a bed frame made from old beams from a dairy barn. The exclusive patio space is just outside the front door, surrounded by a cedar fence and offers comfortable seating and BBQ. A/C is seasonal. Parking is free street parking around the area.

The Carriage House is a lovely studio-styled space, located in the tree area of Laramie, near a large park, and within walking distance of our historic downtown! It features stained concrete floors with in-floor heating, a full-use kitchen, kitchen table, a small couch, king-size bed, and a full bathroom. There are locks on both doors and street side parking is free and available. There is smart TV available.
