This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. The House itself is 1500 sq2 and contains three separate premises, a granny flat, 3 bedrooms unit (Vista unit) & 3 bedrooms house (Bamboo House)

Unfortunately, we cannot provide garage parking from March 2023. I can give you passes for the street parking. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.
