Charming apt in the heart of the Latin Quarter

A pretty 40 sq./m flat renovated in 2023, for 4 people maximum, with superbe wounden exposed beams. The flat consists of a living room-kitchen and a bedroom overlooking a quiet courtyard/garden. In the bedroom, a double bed queen size 160. In the living room, a new pure leather sofa bed very comfortable and easily convertible. There is a few steps in the flat to access the shower-toilet wich is very small but pretty. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a washing machine.

quiet and sweet in heart of Paris

In the heart of the old Paris and in the quartier latin, a very quiet and charming apartment for five people only used for the renting, renewed and fresh in the summer. On the 4th floor with a lift, you'll sure enjoy your stay in this lovely apartment. 2 buses(89 and 67) and 2 lines of metro(7 and 10) at 50m and a lot of restaurants and supermarkets in the street. Pascal and Christine, the owners live in the same building and can help you if you need to have good holidays!

Penthouse in terrace garden with panoramic views above Paris roofs, Eiffel Tower and all monuments. Flat with all confort including air conditionning which is rare in Paris. Subway ligne 9 (Station Voltaire) is direct to Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysées, Paris Opera Garnier, Galeries Lafayettes.... Walking distance to Le Marais and Bastille. The area is in rapid gentrification process with many new trendy "bistronomic restaurants" and new muséums.
