Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Al Campanile

Alloggio storico completamente ristrutturato, accogliente e dove il legno fa da protagonista. Riscaldamento a pavimento, soggiorno con divano letto, cucina attrezzata, due camere matrimoniali, terrazza, bagno e disimpegno con possibilità di riporre scarponi e sci. Si accede da un breve percorso (50m) pedonale che sale dal parcheggio della chiesa. la casa é situata a fianco del campanile e dista 7/8 minuti in auto dai comprensori sciistici di Alleghe /Civetta e Falcade/San Pellegrino..

La casa di Heidi nelle Dolomiti

Appartamento al secondo piano di una villa a 1500 m. di altitudine con vista stupenda delle Dolomiti dichiarate patrimonio dell´umanita´. Grande appartamento adatto per gruppi numerosi, fino a 11 persone, per gruppi minori,da 1 a 4 persone, offro due stanze con servizi: camera cucina bagno e salotto La casa e´situata sulla strada che porta al rifugio Venezia dove c´e l´unico accesso alla vetta del monte Pelmo a 3168 m. da dove nelle giornate limpide si puo vedere la laguna di Venezia.

Ampio trilocale a due passi dal centro, ideale per assaporare la tranquillità delle vacanze in montagna pur avendo tutti i principali servizi entro una comoda passeggiata di qualche minuto attraversando le caratteristiche vie. Cencenighe Agordino situato in posizione strategica nel cuore delle Dolomiti, consente di raggiungere in poco tempo le località più rinomate e i principali percorsi di trekking. Rappresenta la metà ideale per trascorrere il proprio tempo a contatto con la montagna.

Se cerchi uno spazio accogliente ai piedi delle piú belle vette Dolomitiche questo alloggio è il posto giusto. Situato a meno di mezzora da Alleghe,Falcade,Canale d'agordo e a meno di un ora da Arabba e dalla vetta della Marmolada,questo alloggio fa al caso vostro se desiderate vivere ed esplorare la montagna a 360 gradi. L'alloggio si compone di:cucina con angolo cottura,bagno privato,camera da letto matrimoniale. Il parcheggio più vicino è a 50 mt ed è un parcheggio comunale gratuito.

The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. L'entrata è privata, si mettono a disposizione 2 camere da letto, la prima con letto matrimoniale, la seconda 2 letti singoli, i due bagni sono dotati di doccia, quello principale anche di vasca. Dalla casa in 15 minuti si è agli impianti di risalita di Alleghe o di Falcade. Inoltre nel comune è presente una palestra di roccia: "Vertik Area Dolomiti".

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.
