This cute little 2 bedroom house was exactly what we were looking for so we could enjoy our stay in CR. It was easy to get to, in a quiet neighborhood, and had easy access to a lovely park with walking trails. The house was clean and neat, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this Airbnb for 3 months while in Cedar Rapids for work. I felt very safe here. The space was very well stocked with everything I needed for my stay. The bed is so comfortable!! Tim and Richard are extremely friendly and were very responsive whenever I needed anything. 10/10 recommend staying at this Airbnb.

We have stayed several times in various units in Richard and Tim's property. The location works well for us. Richard and Tim are very attentive and accommodating.

This was a great space for our family girl's getaway. The home was huge and met our needs for being all together or finding time to relax on our own. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very clean as were the bathrooms and bedrooms. There were fans in every bedroom for those of us who needed a little extra air movement or just needed the white noise. We really enjoyed having the chickens and finding fresh eggs every day. Terri had several cartons in the fridge for us and surprised us with cherry pastries. She was an exceptional host and was very responsive when we needed her. Luckily that wasn't very often. We would highly recommend this warm and inviting farmhouse for families who want to get away but close enough to a grocery store or going into any one of the surrounding communities.

This was a great place for our large group's annual weekend football game to see the Hawkeyes. There is a lot of space, both inside and outside to spread out and enjoy the stay. Melissa was great to work with and responded to all of our questions and requests. I would highly recommend this home for a large group travelling to Iowa City.

We loved our Airbnb! Traveled to town from Omaha for a Hawkeye victory! Great location and Latoya was a great host!! Very responsive and welcoming. We would stay again!
