Nicole was very accommodating. We had rented a different Airbnb, which was awful and we did not feel safe staying there. We were stuck without a place to stay. We scrambled to find something. We stayed with Air BnB because we have always had a great experience until this time. We messaged Nicole. She answered my message and about 15 minutes and we had a new place to stay. I cannot thank her enough for her generosity and helpfulness. I would recommend staying here anytime. It is in a very nice safe neighborhood

This was a beautiful clean, modern property. We were only there for one night, but would have loved to stay longer. I normally don't stay in pet friendly homes but this one looked so clean in the pictures that I made an exception, I was not disappointed, I did not find any hair or evidence of animals in the home.

Cedar Rapids Getaway

Had a great stay at this Cedar Rapids getaway! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The neighborhood was quiet, and check-in was smooth. Dave was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We were in town for flight training, and the location worked out perfectly. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area. Thanks again, Dave!

Cozy Cottage away from Home

Matt's place was amazing. This cute 1 bedroom is perfect for a couple or single person. We made it work for 3, as my son slept on an air mattress in the living room (he was a last minute addition to the trip:). My wife and I are avid walker/runners and the neighborhood was safe and easy to get our morning routine in. To elaborate on the safety, their is a middle school and elementary school within 2 blocks of the house. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to see our daughter who attends Coe. Matt is a great host. Very communicative and easy to work with. 5 star all the way!

I stayed for 2 nights for work and had some downtime while there. the house is very cute, mere minutes to walk to great coffee shops and restaurants. Hosts were proactive, responsive, kind, and helpful. Would stay here again!

This was our second stay at Mallory‘s place. Nice little backyard for our dogs. We were in town for family Christmas, so didn’t spend too much time at the house other than for sleeping, but it worked well for what we needed. We did have an issue with the sliding door and they came to look at it within an hour of letting them know. Very quick and responsive to our needs.

This is one of the best stocked air bnbs we have stayed in. The grocery store and drug store were minutes away but we didn't need to run out for anything, extra toiletries, snacks, coffee, more then the bare minimum kitchen supplies all on site. Comfy beds, spacious living space, great for a game night with friends. Easiest check in/check out ever to. Short and easy to complete cleaning list. If we could book for just one night it likely would become a place we reserve every few months with friends.

Spacious and convenient get away

We found a couple broken utensils and let him know, he was apprentice of us telling him so he could replace for future guests. He was very responsive and friendly. Always love dog friendly places so we can travel with our "kid!" Nick's place was spacious but cozy and we had a great time just hanging out as a family, playing games and celebrating the holidays over a long weekend!

This was our first ever AirBnB stay and it didn’t disappoint! This cute and charming little home was perfect for our family of 5 and dog. To be honest, it was pricier than it was worth for us, only because we barely spent any time there. Most of our time was spent with family off site. But, we knew that would be the case going into it. We would make one suggestion, to add optional foam mattress toppers in the rooms. All of the beds are very, very firm. But, we would rent this again! Great overall experience and great communication with the hosts! Thank you!

This beautifully decorated house has tons of room and a great layout. The beds were very comfortable and everyone could be together and still have their own space. It was very clean and the host was excellent - quick responses to any questions and great communication. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the 2nd or 3rd time I booked Julie's place for family visiting from out of town. The location is both convenient to downtown Iowa City and my neighborhood. What a great host! Very welcoming and responsive, even days before our arrival. This was our first AirBNB experience and Lindsay set a pretty high bar. The location was perfect and the home was absolutely beautiful and comfortable for our large family. Looking forward to our next visit to Cedar Rapids, hoping Linday can host us again. Would definitely stay there again!

We stayed here for a family get together and loved it! The most stocked kitchen I have seen in an air bnb; gorgeous location; plenty of room to visit and socialize yet also have your own space; worked for my 94 and 80+year old parents as well as 5 year old niece and the rest of us in between. Jennifer was extremely accommodating and responsive. We had an amazing family weekend get together!!

Great recently renovated and well-furnished home close to downtown. Only 3 minutes for my commute to the hospital. Had the most complete kitchen I have seen in an Airbnb. Would definitely stay again next time I am in town.

We were all so happy with Boyson House. It was close to our event that weekend and to my daughter's house. The space had just what we needed! I was so pleased to have the very large fenced in area for my dog to run free! I wasn't expecting that size of a fenced in area. She got some good exercise there. I also appreciated the laundry room area just as we entered so Cricket could feel like she was a part of what we were doing without being under our feet. Her crate fit well in there - so much space. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice to have different areas to sit and chat. I recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay at Breann's last weekend to attend a wedding in Iowa. It accommodated our family of 7 well and was spacious and well furnished. The view from the upper level was amazing. It was like we were dwelling at the top of the trees and had a "bird's eye" view. Lovely. Very nice hot tub.

Lake Macbride Getaway 20min Cedar Rapids & U of IA

Second time staying in this home. Gina is a very accommodating and friendly host. House is super clean and well equipped. Neighborhood is quiet and views of lake from porches and decks are outstanding. There is a great walking trail along the lake right across from the house. This home will always be our preferred choice when visiting family in Solon!
