Take a break from the ordinary; this cozy 100-year-old cottage has been lovingly curated for your comfort, wellness, and delight. Located on a quiet street, just 3 blocks from the heart of Uptown Marion, where you'll find: unique food, coffee shops, nightlife, beautiful art installations, antiques/shopping, and special events. Have sunrise coffee on the East deck or a glass of wine as the sun sets on the West porch. You'll be inspired to say, "I can't wait to come back to the Juniper again!"

Ausadie Building is a registered Local & National Historic property, located in the Medical & Downtown District. Only a few minutes walk to many entertainment venues, museums, galleries, four live theaters, Coe College and many churches and restaurants. The building has been beautifully restored and offers a courtyard with a pool, flower gardens and a peaceful Koi pond. Laundry and a fully equipped gym are also included. Our secure building will feel like your home away from home!

Cozy Cottage

Our place is close to everything! A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. There is a fire pit and wood for a nice relaxing night, if you choose to stay in. Check out my other listing next door. 3 bed 2 bath if you need more space.

The Milk House at Lucky Star Farm

The Milk House is a unique space located in the countryside, between Iowa City and Kalona. This 700 square foot home has ample parking and room for four adults. A large king size bed and the two-person whirlpool tub will make your stay comfortable and relaxing. After a day of shopping and strolling on the main road, stop by one of the three wineries or the brewery all within walking distance of Sandstone Haus.
