White waterfront cottage, close to cedar point

Cute waterfront cottage. Completely updated summer 2021 with new flooring throughout, new kitchen, kitchen appliances. New bathroom (2021). Waterfront seating and propane fire pit. Views of Pipe Creek and the east bay of Sandusky Bay. Sleeps 7. Recently added 28’ dock for use (for 2023 season) Close to everything Sandusky and the surrounding areas have to offer. Our waterfront, comfortable 1 bedroom apartment is your home away from home during your stay in America's Best Small Town (USA News)! Many amenities including high speed internet and dockage available for your water toy! Wonderful walk-able neighborhood and Waterfront children's parks. Only a mile to the Cedar Point causeway, beautiful downtown, and the Goodtime ship to Lake Erie Islands. About 2 miles to Sports Force Parks and 5 miles to Kalahari Resort. Off street parking for 1 vehicle.

Skip the traffic! Located only 1 mile from cedar point and downtown Sandusky our 3 bedrooms, 1,600 square ft, open concept home is a convenient choice for your next vacation! Upgraded amentities and unique experiences make our place a one of a kind gem! Watch the evening firework show from the master bedroom or walk to a nearby brewery (4 blocks away). King bed, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, and a very spacious couch. Plus plenty of space to blow up air mattress. House was fully renovated in 2015.

**This is a lower unit of an apartment building expect reasonable noise of an apartment.** Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located apartment in the Best Coastal Small Town. An easy short 10-minute drive to Cedar Point and Cedar Point Shores. A beautiful walk to the Downtown District to enjoy museums, the Sandusky State Theater, bars, and restaurants. Within walking distance to the Sandusky Jet Express boat dock enjoying a boat ride to the Lake Erie Islands, or Cedar Point.
