This unique apartment above a garage/shop , detached from the main house. Tucked away into a urban forest. I call it Our Robin's Nest because you look out on to branches of large fir trees. It is very private , yet Starbucks is right next door. Private entry and off street parking. This space has everything you need full kitchen, washer&dryer, queen size bed and fold out couch , plus a Play and Pack for the Littles. We offer a 525 sq.ft. private, studio apartment built in 1950 in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is separate from our home & has its own staircase. There's a full kitchen, bathroom and a balcony with a view of the Coast Range Mountains. NW Portland is just 5 miles over the West Hills where you'll find many unique restaurants and shops. We're just 1.8 miles from St. Vincent Hospital, 3.4 miles from Nike, and nine miles from Intel .
